I just pick small trails with a lot of people around. Ride bicycle 3 miles. How big are the caves? What is is like? Are there pictures on the internet?

The caves are pretty big its a 45 min.hike and very beautiful fallen trees ponds and running creeks.at the top of the ice caves there is a mountain side with snow and it leads to the trail.lots of wild flowers.it was cold and raining at the top.several bridges over looking streams.it was the second time i went.

Wow! Sounds REALLY nice! I love hiking in natural settings like that. Nothing too strenuous. We have hiked several areas around the Las Vegas area. Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, Lake Mead, etc.

Lately I have made less trips to my refrigerator and that suits me well ...the weather is changing for the betta and possibly more exercise is on my menu ..only cave I ever been in was the tunnel of Love...and I'm still dizzy and lonely since...

Chasing my 2 yr old granddaughter around everyday has become my exercise Yesterday we went out to a "Festival of the Fox" outing at one one of my brother's small towns. There were dragon boat races on the Fox River (hence Festival of the Fox) and a multitude of things for the little ones to do. Face painting, balloon shaping, amaze to go through, and of course much time was spent at the playground. We didn't stay as long as I wanted to. The weather was 95 degrees and I didn't want to keep her out in that heat for so long. By the time we got home, her My Little Kitty face painting looked more like a My Little Kitty zombie. But she had a lot of fun!

That sounds great! I would love to do that. Does it cost money to get in, is it a guided tour?

Glad you made it back alive. I Googled those caves and everything about them was about people getting killed. Look awesome tho!

Oh hell that is scary. Killed because the rocks are slippery?? Did you wear special shoes?

No they climb on the snow into the caves and they are killed.no special shoes just hiking clothes and warm coats were needed.
