ttrockz55	6/14/2017 8:17:17 AM I'm sure you've had a busy day. Sometimes we need to drink a little more water. Or take a high does of magnesium. What works for me is to turn off everything in the house. I fall right to sleep. There is a breathing technique that is guaranteed. I'll look it up. Hope you finally got your rest.

Hold your breath for a count of seven. Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of eight. Do several times and you'll feel relaxed and hopefully sleepy.
