I agree, it would be so easy for a lady to post something like that; or sexual harassment of a woman, and completely ruin a man's reputation on here. We are all protective of ourselves and especially our children, no matter what the child's age. There is no way to disprove that type of accusation on a site and forum like this. A child molester's life in prison is terrible. I carpooled with a prison guard for awhile and he said their life span in prison was usually very short once the other inmates found out what they were serving their time for.
On here the men are at the ladies; hopefully, tender mercies.

Honestly man, the proof is in public record. If you are a molester...you would have a record as well as be listed on the sex offender websites. Anything else is pure slander and libel which you can hold them accountable for, which I would.
Now you can obviously be a sex offender with no record however if that's the case, its still slander and libel without proof. I doubt she has any proof regardless. Nothing worse than a woman scorned

Whether or not you care, false statements could have the worse kind of snowball effect google "tallhotblond" -- she spelled her screename weird -- and review the cautionary tale of the mother who stole her daughter's identity, created a fake profile and ultimately created this terrible online scenerio which resulted in a young man being murdered, execution style).
There are so many people who are damaged by false statements such as these, just as there are many victims who are scared to report abuse because it's thrown around so much until the victims fear no one will believe them.
However, we must be cautious of what those sex offender sites report; A guy who is 18 could be added to that list for having sex with someone who is one year, or even a few months within the age of consent (I'm talking 16 or 17 year olds). Criminally it's wrong, but morally, I wouldn't say and 18 year old having sex with a 16 or 17 year old is a crime which is on the same level of a preditor.
Not taking sides, just trying to be a little objective.

Pretty said it right, but however the state of course as a different view of things.
There are 2 degrees of statutory rape, first degree is if one is 14 or under regardless of the other's age. Second degree is when one is 16 or under and the other is 21 and older.
However, the second degree child molestion statute states that anyone who has any sexual contact (not sex in general, sexual contact is includes kissing even) with anyone 16 and under. So yes, 18 and 16 is technically a no no.
Hell even oral sex between adults is illegal in this state, but by God you can screw all the farm animals you want since they repealed the beastiality law.

At this point the damage is done. I think someone should alert the authorities just to be safe and both people should probably be on their way.
