Planning a trip no set middle but will start in tucson and end in ny. Any suggestions on must see spots along the way? Im an avid outdoorsman and plan to do some hiking and camping as well.

You didn't say North route or south route, and is it one way, because you can see a lot more on A round trip.
I would Do Highway 10 in the winter, to 95
