If you haven't tried castor oil or colonics, might want to look into it. They REALLY clean yo out. I dropped 11lbs the first time(castor oil).

The best way I lost weight, Diet and exercise. I lost 160lbs in 1 1/2 years celery, carrots, tuna, and lots of water. Walking about 4-5 miles a day. Not all at the same time,split it up about every 3-4 hours take a walk. 500-600 calories a day. and the 7th day splurge 2000 calories. Good luck to all dieters I've been down that road.

It really goes back to the way we eat...its simple... if I go on a spin bike for 45-50 minutes and only burn 350-375 cal but if you eat a 1000 cal burger your screwed... right !

I started my weight loss journey in Oct 2012, I was 341 pounds. This is my 9th month and I am currently 203.. I work out 5 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour each session. My advice is that if you don't control what you eat no matter how much work out you will not lose.
Absolutely good advice, a womans caloric intake should be no more than 2000 per day, lower is better for weight loss. Exercise can be disguised, and doesn`t have to be strenuous. Even when sitting you can expend calories, the trick is don`t sit still, tap your foot, get an arm movement going, or even take a light weight and curl it. Muscle fights fat,even slight ankle/wrist weights will cause muscle tissue to increase and help break down fat cells. Movement,movement, and more movement, watch your diet, cut out too much red meats, eat chicken, fish, and replace sugar with honey. Of the six -super foods are lentils,which taste like crap, but can be mixed with other stuff like a salad. Sweet potatoes, without butter, or sugar but with honey is delicious. watermelon,or honeydew is delicious, and full of vitimins. plain greek yogurt can be used as a substitute for the very high caloric mayonnaise, and can be a sub for sour cream, half n half, and is tasty with fresh fruits. Avoid high fructose corn syrup products...read the label. !00% WHOLE wheat bread NOT wheat bread, if it isn`t WHOLE wheat that means it`s cracked wheat and the healthy wheat germ has been removed from the wheat shell, and all you`re eating is bread made from the shell. Get on-line and try websites that are free and off recipes...eating well is one, they will email you delicious recipes, tips, coupons, and it`s all free.
I used to weigh 430 pounds a few years ago, due to an accident. Once you start losing, your energy level will increase and your on the fast track to your goal. Don`t get discouraged, weight loss is a lot of mental, surround your self with friends who are " yes" people, who will encourage you, and notice the changes your body will make. There will be days when you fall off the wagon...DON`T give up, get back on it and be strong, keep focused on the goal, and keep moving. Good luck, you can do it!

I know I shouldnt be in here but for all you pot smokers, marijuana accelerates your appetite thus causing the munchies. But if you can ignore the munchies, you can lose some weight. Everyone varies. Also to help with water weight, sauna or just a really hot shower. Sit on toilet or wherever and just sweat.

Here's some tips and tricks.
I don't exercise at all. Too weak.. . Here's one tip don't eat for a long time. After a week or so eat very little and purge about 10 times. Drinking water helps get the evil people out and purge up to ten times after consuming that little amount.
I've done this about 20 years.
Consequences will arrive. Teeth loss. Osteoperosis. Look older faster. Weakness. Heart problems. Feeding tubes. Anorexia Hospital long treatment. Organs die. Memory loss. Evenreally in a wheelchair.

I just watch my calories and have no problem losing weight. If I eat under 2200 calories a day I start losing pounds.
