We used a 1/4 masonary bit, cleaned it out with brake clean and alcohol, blew it out real good. Used red thread lock, left tool in for 6 hours.

You got guts.I don't mess with those skinny inferior plugs at all..Seen one too many Lincoln navigator where they guy takes it back to the dealer and they end up replacing the head cause the plug break apart.

Amazing tools. I have templates for porting both the 2V, 3V, and 4V heads on the 5.4 if you need them. $32 per template (not making any money, but I make them out of phenolic so you can keep reusing them.

If I still lived on the coast I sure would. People here are really hurting due to political economic war. My area is conservative, the politicians are starving the folks here by hold up drilling permits and forestry permits. I like the way the 5.4 runs, if I owed one I would do as you suggested for sure.

I think half the dorks driving them are trying too hard to put out an image of something they arent.
in my case,living in bumper to bumper city traffic...
makes me laugh at them even more being theyre nothing but an unpleasant eyesore around here.
maybe their gi.joes got thrown away too early in their childhood.

I drive a Pontiac,made in Australia.
before that,i drove a mustang cobra,made overseas(chances are).
we have a HUGE ford plant nearby,but im pretty sure its only assigned to making certain makes n models....like the F150 and the newer ford Taurus.
how did we ever get in such a tangle,where our cars are built overseas,and the imports are built here?
we need to get back to building our cars,and they build theirs.

First off, I drive a V8 mustang daily,have 2 mustangs that are in my shop being they are not street cars. I also have a 1995 eclipse GSX (AWD TURBO) 6 bolt swap built making over 500AWHP that destroys most any v8 that tries. So as someone stated earlier and I fully agree with its not the car that makes you manly its what you do to it and how you drive it.
BUT! with all that said...I would NEVER buy a prius or smart car just couldnt do that to myself.
