It's hard to bring down those flags at times. Specially when you have more than yourself to think about. Things are not what they used to be as well, and can be just down right scary at times. Then there are those that got to have this, and got to have that. So much so that they have put them self beyond any reach. Set expectations so high along with their noses. That they can not see a good possibility, and just pass them by. Sure we all have to weed out the players and gamers, but at the same time reset the flags at half mast. That and with a spring loaded hair trigger device that sends them back up to full mast. Red flags are there for a reason for all of us. Just have to remember to reset them from time to time.
