You men are so full of yourselves!!!  Most of the time, women tend to be more extrovert so we start more conversations or message a man first. Men, are simple creatures, will check out a profile, but expect the women to read their minds and begin contact. They are, by nature, more introvert. Generally, women ARE more picky about who they have as a significant other. Men, they usually go based on looks. Personally, I'm at the point in my life, I have to be picky about who I have around my children. I refuse to be used so yes, I look for a man with a job, transportation, etc. Why? It means they're SECURE in their life and I won't have to take care of another child!! I want an equal man I can grow with... not a bum. Also, I've decided I'm perfectly happy being single with my boys, but I would love to share life with that special someone. I'm tired of putting forth the effort for men who end up only wanting sex. So, I've decided I'm not going to chase anyone anymore. If he is meant to be in our lives, he will make the effort for me. That is your answer. More men need to go for what they want and make a serious effort to do it!!

That's a bunch of crap. MOST women could care less about a man's bank account. Oh and if men weren't out ONLY for sex... our pussies wouldn't entice you so much! I hate to say it, but with the economy the way it is, more men are living at home with their parents or friends, don't have an income, and if they do have kids, aren't supporting or involved with them. I want a man that has a job, his own place, and actively takes care of his children. Do I care HOW much money he makes? Hell no, as long as it enough to take care of himself and his kiddos. I don't expect anything from men with money and I'm sure the hell not a prostitute... I don't have sex with anyone to obtain money. As a matter of fact, I've seen probably a 100 men just from this site alone, stop talking to me simply because I WON'T have sex with them. Ya'll need to get over yourselves. With women-bashing attitudes like that and looking for just sex, you'll NEVER find a real woman.

Exactly my case. And, all of our financed purchases were under my name, and what screwed me was the house. He was on the deed and refused to sign off on letting me sell it, but had no consequences on him if it went unpaid or in foreclosure. And he was happy to screw me over like that.
