No two people are the same, but some of us attract people who don't seem interested enough on them.. And still both people don't have the decency to leave. the rejector that comes and goes as they please. And the reject who keeps taking that person who consistently shows the other person with actions that they don t want to be with them. But from time to time will see them.

That doesn't work for everyone but good idea. (Since that person is no longer in that person's life. Someone else could temporarily ease the pain but not healthy for many reasons.)
Everyone is different... Therefore, whatever works for each individual.

Occupy your time the gym works for me it's a great stress reliever. Get out the house go out with your girlfriends whatever you do DON'T CALL HIM! Big no no talking to the person won't help you get over them.

It's hard when someone breaks your heart. Getting over it takes time and is hard because you trusted the person you love. Best to not have communication with the ex... keep busy... push out the memories... and remember that not all relationships hurt!

Seems to work for some people, but I'm the suspicious kind. Seems to me, that if jumping on a new d*ck breaks the love spell of the old d*ck, that that means that it wasn't love to begin with.
All real heartbreaks, are cured by self-realization. Progress and personal growth.
One useful realization to make: the other person would never have been able to break you heart, if they had actually given a damn about you to begin with.

omg a old flame just messaged me on here. I freaking loved him, but it had to end after he told me he was married. I have moved on and the heartbrake wasn't so bad but it hurts again. I told my bf about it and he understands. he dosent care that I talk to my old friends, but this one felt like a knife in my heart.

It takes time to get over it. You don't only need rebounds to get over the heartbreak.
Get fit, get pretty, put some make up on, dress with your best clothes, go out to your fav places. Get into exciting stuff. Surround yourself by good friends and family.
You need to put "yourself" together and understand that your life doesn't rely or depends on somebody else's love, companionship, sex, finances.

People say that are several ways to cope with pain, when it comes about a broken heart.
I have been without any success from the past 5 months (that's when she broke up with me).
There's no joy........there's no activities........there's no booze.......there's nothing I can do, that make me go back to my bed, and won't let me think about it over and over again.
You try to forget, you try to cope, you go behind a fake smile, and laughs.....but deep inside, you just know that everything you try, everything you do, doesn't seems to be working.
Maybe with the events of your life, memories will fade away.....and that's all I can expect it as well.

There's really no one way of dealing with it...for some, the gym is a.great way to relieve stress..others turn to God for strength...in the end, we must focus on ourselves...do something different...get out of our comfort zone..new hair cut...try different foods...get out...but what matters most...let us not be afraid of falling in love again...

You have to focus on making yourself happy, you couldnt make him happy, its impossible. If you want to make someone esle happy you have to find what makes you happy first, then you can make them happy too... Its hard but take splice, grab a book, and make a list of what you have thats good, what you have going for yourself, then be happy! Its infectious and it will get easier and easier to do everyday. Everytime thoughts of your ex come up to remind yourself why it isnt a good idea to be with them, and the reasons why you woyuldnt want to contact them, for instance my ex was super selfish, and everytime I miss her I remind myself of that and how bad of a mom she was and also how much she used to drink-now I dont miss her so much, and going out to meet someone new sounds like more fun! Im sure it just wasnt worth it for you and youll see that soon too because if he was he would have stayed! Love and let go its really the only way to go about it! Without the lows you wouldnt have the highs. Good Luck!
