I was alone for 10 yrs. Met a Gentalman here on DH a year or so ago, We are now liveing together, I won't say it is all roses, He is nothing like my husband, wich is good,as we were very different, I am learning A lot of NEW things,doing and going to places I never would have and injoying life!!! I stepped out of my box, and took A chance and happy I did!!!

I grow weary of it at times. When I retire next year I will have time to devote to a relationship. Maybe it will happen. Who knows

I am a recent Widow and already I am tired of it? everything seems to be geared for 2 people and it makes me feel so alone.I don't think a lot of people on here really want to meet someone. I think they are here to play games  and I am NOT into that. I have had enough drama in the last year and a half to last me a lifetime or maybe they just get cold feet I don't know.

I do not even think widow, i am thinking single again. I am tired of that word, and of being alone. No one to talk to, ask advice, a shoulder to cry on, someones arm around me when i sleep. I so miss these things.  
I know what you mean! I've been a widow for 5 years. I still miss him.
