I became a perfect 34C when I was 29... until then I was between A and B...

In your thirties there are changes that occur to the breast tissue. It begins to soften and loose the perkiness that you have enjoyed. Soon if not already you will experience a change and the left breast may appear lower or larger than the right The heart sits directley beneath and may not have been noticeable when the breast tissue was firm . Always do self breast exam in the shower and have yearly mammograms.

I have noticed that my left breast is smaller then my right. Also my right breast hangs lower then my left one does. I do a self breast exam and had a mammogram done since my mom had breast cancer. I rather be safe then find out later on I have breast cancer. My mom took the gene test but she doesn't carry the gene. I wear a 34 B but before I had my son back in 2004 I was a 32 A.

Usually that occurs with substantial weight gain but not always because the opposite can be the case. Did you lose a lot of weight? That will often give the breasts a sagging and deflated look. Where the fat actually plumped them up and caused a rounded firmness, the loss of fat is like letting air out of a balloon. You lose the internal support system. Sadly not a lot can be done about this except an actual breast lift procedure with or without implants.

OK. I wanna know your diet & exercise routine! I want to find out your secret!
I'd gladly trade in my "perky A cups" for a slightly saggy set of "C's"!
When I gain weight it never gravitates to my twins!

Well... they are not sagging... they're kind of perky... I mean, from B to C to D, there is a bit of gravity at work since the change in their size and weight is significant... but there is no softening of tissues or drastic difference in left and right size... I get annual exam every year and never any issues...
There was a bit of weight lose few months back but ever since I turned 30 and became a C cup, no matter the weight changes (rather plus or minus), my chest never changed their size or shape..
I remember my chest was extremely tender for several days when they were becoming C... they were very tender again this time too...
And my diet... I tend to eat healthy... lots raw veggies n fruits... lots healthy asian ways of cooking and eating... I have lactose intolerance, glutent intolerance, pork sensitivity, so I try to avoid them as much as possible... I don't drink carbonated drinks... I eat very little sweets except for chocolate stuff... I exercise regularly, I mean I love working out...

I'm not really sure then what the cause could be but it does sound like a bit of a drastic size variation to me without being due to either a large loss of or gaining of weight. It could be hormonal fluctuations but an entire cup seems like a lot. If you are still happy with the way they look aesthetically then I probably wouldn't worry abut it and you can maybe just make an appointment with your gyn to have everything checked out. It could just be routine since you are getting into your thirties.

Ms. Browneyes - I didn't mean to insinuate that your girls were saggy. I just meant that I'd be happy with being a bit bigger even if they did sag a little.
Wonder Bras see me coming & I swear they're pointing & laughing at me.....

Ms. Cinnamon, no no^^ There is absolutly no need for an apology. I was answering to all the ladies who were kind enough to voice their opinions for me.

Yeah I imagine they would feel very irritated since that's a lot of skin to be stretching. Get it checked but my feeling is it's routine hormonal fluctuation. I hope you aren't pregnant. Is that a possibility? Also I know eating a lot of red meat can cause problems because of the growth hormone they give cattle. If you do eat any red meat, even small amounts, just make sure you get that type that is hormone free. It costs a little more but tastes better. Also some women have trouble with soy if you eat a lot of tofu.

I wouldn't think those are the only reasons to have large breasts. Some of it is genetic and just being overweight plays in of course.

Your situation,as a woman as you describe-yes,we will gain weight in the breast. There are other issue's that happen also within a happy marriage when women breast get bigger.Just keep a good support-
In general Americans are still growing and maturing at age 30,I personally did not start growing Taller, until I was 70-then my body did not come to a full maturity as woman until I was in my 80's--many people until then tried to treat me as a child, when I was not..My age on profile is a legal registered age for my use-if I put my real age many would laugh-of 113 yrs old.as they will laugh with my words of truth here..Is a factor of what Jehovah God wants also.not only growth in general. Some men are not at total height until they are in their 40...and the body matures and fills out...many heritages are different also.
As long as there is no pain or sign of a problem of swelling etc...and they are even...

being small for a long time, many Native Americans live through.A life as a midget yet we have the hope to grow one day,and the Irish midgets do not, some Irish that do grow taller only top height as 4 foot 5 inches--Is a big difference--in many areas of America,You can see homes buildings churches are built small, for small Native American adult citizens.

Hrmm OP deleted. Hope she didn't get very bad news from her gyn. That to me sounded like an abnormal amount of growth in such a short span of time and will cause massive skin stretching.

@xashax... I had to change my id... so it turns out it was my new bc pills... real high dosage of estrogen... I'm off of it now... I made the mistake of seeing a male gyn... I made several complaints to him about the pills but he was an dumb@$$... refused to change my pills... now that I'm seeing a female, she totally agreed that all the complaints I had were a good indicators of adverse reaction to the pills and I need to stop immediately... hopefully, my life will be back to normal soon...

Oh good. I was afraid it was something more serious but in a way, that is still a major problem. I also had a hard time with birth control pills when I was younger and hormone levels. The formulations are better now and they give women more options. I ended up just going off them back then and being very careful with other methods to prevent pregnancy. A good gyn is hard to find either male or female. The best I ever had was out in California and he was a male but seemed very knowledgeable and sensitive to women's issues. He was also on staff at the local hospital. It just depends on their personality and past experience. He also warmed that friggin' speculum. God!
