I thought the block button was unlimited.

Isn't flagging supposed to alert CS to review something already instead of just randomly deleting?

From what i understand you can block only 200 people which is 20 pages - once some one reaches that limit you cant block anymore (you would have to remove some people that you previously blocked) to block others.

Because in the real world you can't cause somebody to cease to exist simply by waving a flag at them x amount of times. You also can't clone yourself fifty times..thus creating an army of flag-wavers to speed up the process.

Blocking is sometimes a means of survival here in the same way that a good switch blade can be a means of survival in reality.

As quickly as the fake profiles come and go if there is time to get them on the block list it should be constantly decreasing in number as they are eliminated. Many come and go before they can even get on the block list.

Why should it be mandatory to have a picture posted? Not everyone is here to find a date. If someone wants to set their profile to private or not have pictures that's their business. Last time I checked I still pay MY OWN bills!

I haven't flagged anyone and if I were hiding my posts then you wouldn't be seeing them to complain about them. DUH! By over loud'ed did you mean overloaded? I'm sorry, I don't speak typonese. Maybe they should ban people who are illiterate and who can figure out the simple task of turning their photo right side up since you want to nitpick about what others do.

You are probably one of those who keep deleting and coming back since your profile is fairly new yet you are already complaining about how things are done around here.

It won't happen, the reason why is you are generating more work for the admin. The admin won't want that.

What would be more reasonable post that is flagged is view by a person rather than an automated system. That way FTD wouldn't happen. It would stop "groups" of people flagging others out for posting their opinion.

However it would make life harder for the trolls, the racists and the gender bashers.

But really a**hole, you know what's going here. I've done it when satinsky was posting my personal information everywhere (flag). It did no good, but I'd do it again. From what shaun said just a simple message to admin gets people deleted and banned nowadays.

I've tested the block limit and have not found a limit. I have noticed it glitches after you have over 300 people blocked and unblocks various profiles at random but there doesn't appear to be an actual limit. I can't give an exact number of blocked profiles that I had since attempting to load the list shut down the site every time but it was a lot.

that's a good idea...but that means they have to spend money on that person who views this...vs...it being automated.

So your back to square one, as in the first statement of your post I quoted here of yours...and it costing them more, and them not going for that.

if its removed, then the site would only have an increase in people reporting others...which is less work than re instating unjustified flagged people and corresponding with them.

So, the best option is to do away with that feature all together. Because few people will actually get reported, because you still have the block feature...and no fake person is going to report anyone.

Nope. Computer deletes without questioning it.
