I give you the Short and Sweet version from my background as a Combat Law Enforcement Patrolman and then a Psychologist who works in the Medical Field .. now I am being trained into EMT work. So IN REAL LIFE ... when a person gets TAZERED ... they piss their pants and crap their pants the electricity as they use about 50,000 volts ... in the medical field when they STOP YOUR HEART ... in defibrillation that is only 1000 volts. Look at the video in the Emergency Room when they zap people .. they YELL .... CLEAR ... no one touches the body. As they are going to stop the persons HEART .. STOP IT .. KILL IT and HOPE it starts up again. The Heart Attack is going on and they are Dying anyway ... and what the heart is doing is the Macarana Rock and Roll stuff .. The Heart is suppose to Gallop like a horse, one foot hitting the ground at a time followed by the other three and then the gallop carries on. That is a Heart Beat ... Well the Heart has problems it freaks out if you like, and the beat of the heart is all messed up, it is pounding here and there in a manner that doesn't get the job done .. the heart is in spasm if you like. So the Doctor, the EMT, the Paramedic, the Nurse .. hooks you up, gets a diagnosis ... and then ZAPS you and STOP THE HEART ... not beating any more. I mean .. you were dying and now you are dead for a second ... maybe forever. Usually the heart starts up again as it was not that big of a shock .. but it is a tuff shock of electricity to the chest and the person does ok with it for saving their life compared to being dead. WITH A TAZER .. the electricity they use is 50,000 volts .. not 1000 volts .. and you crap and piss your pants as it is spasms all your body .. and the TAZER ... ALSO STOPS YOUR HEART. Much harder stop of course by 50X power and in 538 cases so far .. they DIE DIE DIE with no Jury, no Judge, no Evidence, no checks and balances. Their heart was going GOOD ... no heart attack at all .. no medical reason to fry your a and brain. But the Cops got it in the LAW .. and you people are NOT DOING SHIT to fix this mess. Instead, tasers seem to be for mouthy college kids, for a teenager who fell off of a bridge and broke his back and was tased repeatedly for his inability to stand up, for a disabled man who couldn't walk and was tased for "claiming" (accurately) that he couldn't step out of his car and, recently, an eight-year-old girl. This list could go on for pages, and many of these innocent or petty, non-dangerous "criminals" have been killed or seriously injured. The kid with the broken back was unable to have the surgery he needed to repair his spinal cord because of the damage from being tased 11 times while he was lying motionless on the street.
