I'm sure I'm not the only one not receiving messages in their inbox. It appears to have started happening after the 28th of November. I see that I have replies from the sent notification, but they don't appear in my inbox. It would be greatly appreciated if this issue was resolved as it makes communication impossible.

Clearly the issue isn't resolved. You're right creating multiple threads discussing the same issue is not good forum etiquette, if the forum has active moderators and problem solvers. So far I've seen neither here. That in turn causes multiple threads to appear since this issue needs to be at the top of the board. If threads were stickied and there were actual moderation it wouldn't have happened. That is why there are many threads.

I haven't been receiving messages on the website, but I have received a message on the mobile app. With that being said, I don't think most users have the app because it is terrible.
