I've been watching a few movies over the past few days. Last night I watched the Superman movie called "Man of Steel". I enjoyed the effects and the back story with this one. If anyone here is a Superman fan I advise you to watch it. I also watched the last couple of the Harry Potter movies. I enjoyed them as well and if you a Harry Potter fan or enjoy that type of fantasy genre you definitely need to see them!

The night before I watched Ironman 3, The Avengers, and Thor The Dark World. I have to say that yes I enjoyed them all as well. The tie in with the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Avengers and with the Thor movie kind of added an interesting twist to the DC Comics characters. Anyone that is a Super Hero fan would probably get a kick out of them!

Watching Guardians of the Galaxy right now since I haven't seen it yet. It is a weird and odd kinda funny action Scifi! It has a Green lady, Raccoon in combat gear that cusses, and moving tree person that seems to not have many words in his vocabulary, a weird earthling that plays a tape player from the 80s, another guy that kinda looks like a dude trying to dress up as Hellboy and didn't pass, a blue guy with mohawk, and bunch of other strange and weird looking aliens for them all to combat. It would be ok for someone that likes comic strip like vegout movies to kill time.

Smh Well at least Grams was the one making the news!

I watched a couple of the last Batman movies earlier. Still wish I could get some of those goodies to have fun with! The Dark Knight and the Dark Knight Rises are ones I seem to enjoy watching ever so often! Must see movies for Batman fans!

I watch the The Imagination Game the other day as well. This movie is based on some facts about Alan Turing's life and the German Enigma Machine during WWII. Alan Turning went through a lot because of the way many homosexuals were treated during that time in England. A must see for those that want to get an idea of how hard it has been for some in the past to make it easier for those of community now, even when they may have done something that changed the world in their time. Everyone in the Community should put this movie on their must see list!

I would love to Passion but my teleporter is out for repair!

I have a few that are coming out this year I want to see. I can't wait for the new Star Wars one! Oddly enough I saw they are also going to have a new Road Warrior movie and a new Terminator one, yes Arnold will be it that one as well.

I've been watching the History Channels Universe series tonight.
I needed some brain food for a bit!

I watched some You tube videos on Ancient History and Egypt tonight after I woke back up from the long nap I needed badly. I guess my brain just needed some more brain food!

I have a question for all of you while I am thinking about it.

What is your favorite way to watch a movie or a show via the net?

I might have seen that one at some point. The last one I watched on that subject was pretty interesting.

I watched Noah tonight and watching Exodus now just to see what kind of movies they turned out to be. Some of the Noah movie was pretty weird in my opinion and was more of a mix of fantasy and a twisted biblical rendering with a number of action scenes and drama. Personally I didn't enjoy it.

So far I seem to be enjoy the Exodus one though. The plague effects were pretty interesting so far coming from someone that enjoys good special effects when they fit in well with the story line.

Deadliest catch started its tenth season. Its becoming a little predictable. It is far better than a lot of the similar "occupational reality" shows. Some are just stupid others are just filling the airwaves.

Passion you really just wanted to veg a bit didn't you?

Passion just recently watched some of the Swamp People one I believe Boots.

Oddly enough I was watching the Bionic Man earlier. They went into a number of the new things that are becoming available tech wise for amputees, some things like the mechanical heart, and computer and brain interfacing. It was fairly interesting for someone like me.

Those dresses are nice, but 10k on a wedding dress seems crazy. Rather buy a car or gold or down payment on a house.

It might be Passion but good grief what all else could be done with that kind of money!

I just got finished watching "The Penitent Man" for the first time. I can't believe I missed seeing that one until now considering the fact I like science stuff so much! Yes it started out a bit slow and it wasn't filled with Fx or things like that. The movie was more of a love drama with a twist, but if you enjoy anything having to do with time travel it is a must see movie in the Scifi genre!

I'm wondering how that is going to work out though considering Han got offed in the 6th movie! They have to have at least one person from Tokyo that can drift to keep with that theme as well!

but if you hear something about it post it!

I watched a PBS Nova show called "Hunting the Elements" I found it to be rather interest from a scientific point of view. The main actor in the documentary broke things down a lot even giving the history of how the Table of Elements came about in a day and age where they didn't even have the technology like we do today. If your interested in things like that you should try watching it!

Recently saw The Fault In Our Stars. To be honest I didn't have high expectations before watching the film. By the end of the movie I was crying my eyes out. Completely caught me off guard as to how good it was. It's a touching story about true love. The movie was so good that it inspired me to read the book.

As far as TV I'm currently watching Empire to see what all the hype is about. Definitely one of the best scripted dramas to come out in years. The storyline about the gay son is the most interesting and every scene with Cookie is gold.

Hi Sera, The Fault In Our Stars is a story about a girl who has cancer and thought she would never find true love. The twist at the end is what had me in tears. Definitely worth a watch if you get a chance.

Thanks for the overview Jay! I will have to look for that movie when I'm in the mood for watching a movie of that type of genre! Can you give a bit more of a overview on Empire from your point of view as well as your watching it? Of course don't give too much away just give us some more teaser hints on it for those that may want to follow it as well!

Now I don't know how many of you are following what all movies are coming out this years, but I will say that if your a Star Wars Fan there is now a second official teaster promotion out now for Star Wars VII The Force Awakens! If you happen to be a Star Wars Fan I suggest you go to You Tube and look for it! It had many die hard Fans leaving their mouths open going "Oh Dude!!!!!!" etc. It really has quit a few already trying to figure out a number of things with this movie since it is suppose to be set at least 50 years in the future of the last one!

Direct link to official teaser # 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngElkyQ6Rhs

I will be posting other teaser links for other movies coming out this year as well so stay tuned for more to come!

Teraji P. Henson as Cookie is the main reason I watch. She is so amazing, in how tough but sweet she is to her family. There are many storylines ranging from drug issues, power struggles, gay son, to skanky sluts trying to replace Cookie. My brief synopsis of the show really isn't doing it any justice, you have to watch it for yourself!

Kool Jay it sort of sounds like a soap opera with a different type of setting! That does seem to make things much more interesting for sure! Twisted plots and plenty of things to follow always helps!

I also watched the first Hobbit movie An Unexpected Journey again and got to catch some of the things I missed the first time around! Yeah they tend to grow on ya! I guess I just enjoy things like that!

Passion what mood is your shootum bumping? Is it Scareface, more Fight club, or another one?

The other night I watched The Hobbit - Battle of the Five Armies" again. It is the 3rd movie in the Hobbit trilogy. I can say after watching all 3 of the Hobbit movies again I actually liked them all better the second time around than the first!

I also watched MIB II and Men In Black I. I seem to enjoy getting a kick out of watching things like that when it has been awhile seeing them. They are funny Scifi movies with lot of slap stick odd humor and weird looking aliens.

Watching a show on The Orion Project. The Orion Project is a secretive Interplanetary space travel project that was planned to use nuclear power for propulsion. Yeah I'm a science nut so taking a bit of scientific tangent for the night when it comes to what I'm watching.

I haven't seen that one yet Passion. How messed up is that messed up?

Oddly enough I caught myself awhile ago watching a documentary movie called "The Culture High". It brought up a lot of things about legalization and what happened during the prohibition era, etc. plus a whole lot more from both sides of the table. I really was shocked at how it started though! It really made me mad at the swat team for what they did! All in all it was a good documentary though and it definitely got my attention with how it started!

I'll have to watch it one day then!

Right now I am watching a documentary about the Chrystal Cave in Mexico

Man it is crazy to see! The cave is actually a massive geode under ground and it is so hot in there it is next to impossible to see even part of it! The Gypsum Crystals are HUGE!!
