A great water softener! best investment
2 tb of baby oil in tub.My skin it like a new baby's butt.>>Cheep in cost also.

I use Gold Bond Ultimate softening with Shea Butter for dry skin.
I occassionally use scented lotions on my hands.

I use Pond's dry skin cream for my face. for my body I use Nivea shower lotion in the shower & extension moisture body lotion.

I started using Palmers cocoa butter cream its rich & creamy. I always get the dry heels & elbows in winter. Then I put some thick fuzzy socks on after I smooth my heels and get the Palmers on it..seems to be helping. For hands I like that same brand and someone told me about Udderly Smooth...that stuff is great esp on hands and doesn't leave your hands greasy.
I like the normal scented lotions too but seems doesn't last as long as the Palmers does.
Keep the ideas on your fave lotions/potions coming ladies

My mom uses some scrub that makes your hands nice and smooth. Then she puts lotion on her hands. I will look sometime to see what brand it is.

My DIL got me hooked on the sleep therapy lotions from Bath and Body a few years ago. them! My favorite is lavender vanilla. Have any of you ever tried them?
Haven't been there in awhile but I do like alot of their scents.
My feet esp get soo dry and rough in winter, I file em down then slather the cocoa butter creme on them & ALWAYS wear socks in winter but seems its an uphill battle sometimes

I use Korres from HSN. My favorites are guava, bergamont pears.. They have body butters and the bath version. Absolutely love those..

Check the ingredients of whatever you choose. If you see methylparaben it may be the source of your severe joint pain and pins and needles sensation as an allergic reaction. Usually the blistering and peeling or flakey skin come later but nt always. Some products are not toxic at first then when your immune system is compromised by stress such as a surgery WOW watch out. These are very common in moiste wipes but many products.

Korres body butter with guava. Expensive but worth every penny. I use it year round.I also like products by Susan Summer, all organic with coconut base.

Organic coconut oil with some natural oil extracts for essence. Like lavender or citrus. Great moisturizer and a subtle perfume all in one

I bought organic essential oil that is safe for skin contact. I mix up a teacup at a time. I usually use 3-5 drops of the citrus and 3 drops of clove.
