OP change your scenery, walk a different path, turn left instead of right, go volunteer, shop at a different store, get a hobby that involves meeting people.

For real? That sounds like a good idea. I think if she's not on drugs your chances of finding a decent woman who can appreciate a hard working man is greater than meeting them off the streets.
I have heard many stories of men who dated homeless women, took them off the streets and provided for them, asking for nothing but respect in return.
But got a whole lot more including devotion.

The problem with most women, they REFUSE to see the pisitive of giving someone a place to stay, pssibly being with someone who appreciates and cares for you and volunteering your time.
All they see is you just being UNAVAILABLE for them to use, fu€k over and play games with.
,they see your happiness as a negative.

Now that right there is something I needed to hear.
I went down to the homeless shelter to offer rooms to those who had income and wanted to get outta there.
I saw several good lokking women who needed a place and had no money. Some were from outside the circle too (if you know what I mean).
I was thinking of having a live in housekeeper (room and board free with a token salary). Maybe I'll go there and give a decent home to someone who wouldn't mind managing it.

Picking up people in homeless shelters?!?! Wow. I think you have now hit a desperate low, OP. A majority of homeless are that way for a reason. Theyve burned their bridges and now have nothing left.
You wanna help, donate your time, some good clothes and a few dollars to the shelter as a whole. But dont take on your own pet project. Most people here, Ive noticed, have severly broken pickers anyway.

Considering the person is homeless, my guess is there are some things on the inside that will need to be addressed as well.
It sounds like many of the threads about getting a Russian wife, etc.
Look for an easy way to find someone who will love you unconditionally.

This is true. But in "some" circumstances its easier to tell who is and who isn't.
A homeless shelter is not a mental institution although many of them in there are homeles bcuz they ARE mentally unstable. But the ones who are there bcuz life simply dealt them a bad hand are noticeably set aside.
On the streets ppl resort to trickery, manipulation, lying, deception and rely on society as their moral supplier. Its harder to tell them apart.

I have been downtown today looking for a homeless woman and a fine looking lady walked right pass me while I was waiting at the bus stop, dressed really nice looking like she was on her away to a nice club or maybe job interview . I didnt say anything to her because I was looking for a homeless woman. The bus came I got on the bus ,we drive pass where the homeless goes to eat . There is line of homeless people waiting to get something to eat and I see that fine a** woman standing in the line I was like I wanted to get back off the bus but i couldn't because I had make that appointment . But I did go back down there hours later and couldn't find her.

So far this site only offer for me was a lady who is still involved with her ex that had beat on her and is locked up and she can't or I should say she doesn't want to get over him.
