Many women in my age group wear glasses so it makes no difference, however most women do color their hair so I do not see many with streaks of silver.
As for making a pass at a woman, no way. Too many will view that as sexual harassment.

it's been my experience (I've grown out now it's all "salt and pepper" mostly grey and I wear reading glasses) that they don't give a rat's behind about any of that..the ones that you'd date anywhoos, they're aging too.
