The "good guy" you talk of
is a pushover. Most women don't want a pushover, but a TRULY good guy. A man doesn't have to be a pushover to be a good guy.
Trouble with being a good guy is that there are men who spout off over & over about how good they are, like they are trying to convince the woman, & really are not all that good.

I never said I was "glad". I merely accept the inevitability of the situation. Just as I do gravity.
There are females out there, that due to errors in their DNA structure, or simply piss in the gene pool, will choose deliberately to get the shit beat out of them as often as possible.
In their minds, the fact that he "cares enough" to break a rib just because she said hello to another man, means that he truly loves her.

I hesitated before I called and told my best friend that her ex-boyfriend was walking around town with his arms around 3 chicks... the day after he broke up with her because he asked her how Hawaii was and she said it was "Just okay." She practically grew up in Hawaii but he turned it around into her always being negative. Truth is he wanted to break up with her for a long time because he thought he could do better. He slept with all 3 of those chicks under his arm and one ended up being his girlfriend until she dropped him and he came crawling back to my friend. THIS is why I told her, because I knew what was going to happen. He was going to miss having the chick who made everything about him and didn't mind him being an attention wh*re.
I got into a huge fight with my grandma when my mother called her and told her that my brother beat her a** for trying to put her hands on him (again). She called me crying about it and I told her that I told him to. Every time she got drunk or angry she'd pick a fight with him and he'd take it. I told him to put the f**king fear of God into her and surprise surprise even when she's drunk she knows better. Funny how that works.
You do realize that laws have been forming for years over that right? They're slapping cuffs on girls (mainly college age) for trying to say it was rape because of lies, hurt feelings, pride, etc.
There is no sisterhood in the judicial system. That's ALL the brotherhood. Where a white man can kill his wife and if he cries he's found not guilty. But if a white woman kills her husband the b*tch is going DOWN. Probably the only place where the sisterhood actually is true is in parental court. And that's slowly changing. If a man has money and wants his son (they never care about the daughter), the mother can't do ish about it.

Rhiannon Brooker accused her former boyfriend of rape and assault. Her accusations against Paul Fensome landed the man in jail for 37 days. While imprisoned, someone claimed that he was a pedophile and he had to be placed in protective custody.
However, the evidence showed that Brooker’s accusations were false:
Alibis, evidence from Fensome’s phone and his work shift patterns undermined Brooker’s accounts. Injuries were judged to have been self-inflicted and the police dropped their investigations into Fensome and turned their attention on Brooker.
Brooker initially told police she had made false accusations. But when she was charged with perverting the course of justice she retracted her confession. She was found guilty of 12 offences relating to false allegations of five rapes, six assaults and one false imprisonment.
The judge sentenced Brooker to three and a half years, which prompted outrage from feminists:
The support and campaign group Women Against Rape (WAR) was among more than a dozen organisations and lawyers who wrote to the judge arguing that a harsh sentence would put women off coming forward to report rapes for fear they would not be believed.
They wrote: “The prosecution was not in the public interest. A prison sentence will put even more women off reporting, enabling even more attacks from violent men. The resources spent on prosecuting Ms Brooker should have been put into prosecuting rapists and other violent men.”
How was the prosecution not in the public interest? Brooker not only falsely accused her boyfriend of several crimes, but her accusations landed him in jail for over a month. It was only because of evidence did not support Brooker’s accusations that Fensome was released. How is imprisoning an innocent man in the public interest?
Likewise, how does this case deter rape victims from coming forward? Feminists routinely make this claim, yet they never present any evidence supporting it. Where are the studies and reports showing that prosecuting false accusers stops real victims from reporting their assaults?
Finally, since when is a three-year sentence harsh? Feminists do realize that Brooker will not have to serve the whole sentence, right? She may serve a year and a half, maybe two years and go free.
Instead of looking at this as the crime that it is, feminists turn it into an attack on women and a failure to punish “rapists and other violent men.” Fensome was not a violent man or a rapist. Brooker lied and wasted the police’s time and money in the process. She ought to be punished for doing that. Three years is the least she deserves for trying to steal her former boyfriend’s freedom.
Yet feminists do not see that, and as a result they embarrass themselves by supporting a false accuser.

Now, I will say, that kungfu candy is aware of how these women do exist.
She, like myself, doesn't understand why men waste their time with these women.
Legally, women have the upper hand and always will. Criminal or civil trials, judges always favor women. 3 1/2 years is a light sentence for 12 counts. Most courts add up all the counts, when they express what the maximum penalty is. Sometimes, the charges compound, turning various misdemeanors into felony charges, too.

I have to wonder if any part of that study, factors in the redefinition of "rape".
It used to be that rape, was a "monster in the park" kind of thing. Cute young waitress, walking home at night, gets dragged into an alley by a monster/stranger. Or:
Woman at home (usually in a almost transparent nightgown) goes to bed, and wakes up to find a stranger in her room. Then there's the old cliché of the date gone wrong, and Billy just don't take no for an answer.
These days however, "rape" can be:
1. If the sex was bad.
2. She changed her mind the next morning.
3. She became worried that her boyfriend/husband might find out.
4. The check bounced.
5. He didn't call the next day, like he promised.
The common denominator between all examples, is that it's the only crime on the books of every jurisdiction in the United States, where the defendant is guilty until proven innocent.
It's one of the reasons, that I have an actual written consent form that the woman has to sign, before we engage in any sexual activity.

Read a newspaper lately?
There was a case in California recently, that made it all the way to the California Supreme Court. Where the verdict of "rape" was affirmed.
He was 19, she was 18. They consented to have sex. In the middle of it, while she was staring at the ceiling, she said "I think I need to go home now."
She didn't say "stop". She didn't say "no". She didn't say "this doesn't feel good".
She said "I think I need to go home now."
This caused the kid to hurry up, to "finish" as quickly as possible. Once he did, he pulled out, and drove her home. The next morning, she filed a complaint, and he was charged with, and convicted of rape, at the age of 19.
I think every guy on the planet now accepts that "No means no!" But, exactly what the f**k does "I need to go home" mean?

Actually in the courts TODAY, these five things listed do count as rape. A woman only has to say that she was raped, even after she had said yes to sex, and the man, arrested, charged, convicted (even before trial),taken to trial, found guilty (only a formality), and sent to prison.
The only way it is not rape is if the woman says, "YES", each step of the process. That includes saying yes to a date, a kiss, hand holding, undressing, foreplay, and the act itself. At any time she says "NO" all active MUST STOP, right then and there. Failure to do so can be seen as sexual harassment, sexual assault, and/or rape, depending on when she said "NO".
That is the law in California as of last year, and N.O.W. is pushing to have it the law EVERYWHERE.

If they aren't ready for further than kissing, it just means you didn't hit high enough on their "Spend-O-Meter". Allow me to break it down, as it can vary for areas with higher cost of living.
The equation of:

There are modifiers, to this, that will reduce it, further. Alcohol has been know to i crease it, but more and more courts are calling THAT rape, too. So, it is best to avoid any date involving alcohol.
If you don't have nice clothes: -25 to the UR

If you wind up on the bus: -50 to UR

I'm still bitter as f**k about that. I know people with multiple houses and cars that got more f**king free money for school than me.
None of my professors could believe I wasn't on a free-ride.
