We are deeply saddened by the news the Associate Justice Antonin Scalia has passed away.
The news broke late this afternoon that the 79-year-old Supreme Court Justice died in his sleep while on a hunting trip in Texas.
This is a sad day for our nation as we mourn the loss of one of the country's most brilliant and ardent supporters of the Constitution.
I had the honor and privilege of knowing Justice Scalia for the more than 25 years that I have practiced before the court. Justice Scalia had a keen understanding of what our Founding Fathers intended and dedicated his life to carrying out the rule of law. Justice Scalia will be deeply missed by so many who understood and respected his passion for justice and the rule of law.
Justice Scalia was the longest serving of the current sitting justices, having taken his seat on the high Court in 1986. Prior to his appointment to the Supreme Court by President Reagan, Justice Scalia served as a law professor, an assistant attorney general in the Justice Department, and a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
His conservative jurisprudential legacy will be long remembered and his passion for the Constitution should not be forgotten.

(AFF) – Tragic as well as extremely suspicious news about our conservative Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is rocking our nation. The 79-year-old was found dead last night after a day of quail hunting at Cibolo Creek Ranch, just outside of Marfa, Texas.
He was reported to be in high spirits and was “animated and engaged” during his last supper.
“He was seated near me and I had a chance to observe him. He was very entertaining. But about 9 p.m. he said, “It’s been a long day and a long week, I want to get some sleep,” recalled Houston businessman John Poindexter, who owns the 30,000-acre luxury ranch where he was found DEAD.
When Poindexter tried to awaken Scalia about 8:30 the next morning, the judge’s door was locked and he did not answer. Three hours later, Poindexter returned after an outing, with a friend of Scalia who had come from Washington with him, John MacCormack at mySAreports.
“We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled,” said Poindexter.

Scalia,79, did not have a pulse and his body was cold, and after consulting with a doctor at a hospital in Alpine, Poindexter concluded resuscitation would have been futile. He contacted federal authorities, at first encountering a series of answering services because he was calling on a weekend.
“Ultimately they became available and handled it superbly. They flew in by helicopter. They told me to secure the ranch, which I did until this morning,” he said.
Superbly? That’s what they do when they cover up a murder.

My colleague, Brian Tashman at Right Wing Watch reports that in an “emergency transmission” to his Facebook fans today, conspiracy theorist radio host Alex Jones floated his suspicions that the late Justice Antonin Scalia was “murdered,” just like conservative activist Andrew Breitbart.
While accusing Obama of a litany crimes, including secretly funding ISIS and blackmailing Supreme Court justices, Jones said that “this is the season of treason, this is the time of betrayal and we would be fools not to ask the question” if Scalia was assassinated, suggesting that bad actors may have slipped something into the justice’s drink to trigger a heart attack.
Tashman continues:
“You just get used to this, ‘Scalia found, it’s natural, nothing going on here, he just died naturally,’” Jones said. “And you’re like, ‘Whoa. Red flag.’ Then you realize, Obama is one vote away from being able to ban guns, open the borders and actually have the court engage in its agenda and now Scalia dies. I mean, this is hard core.”
“I wonder if Clarence Thomas will die of a heart attack next week,” he continued, adding: “If this is an assassination, it signifies that they’re dropping the hammer, that’s the canary in the coal mine.”
He once again posted that his fan Donald Trump may be next: “Are they going to kill Clarence Thomas? Maybe they’ll kill Ron Paul. Maybe they’ll kill Donald Trump next. They all had heart attacks. How many more of these are we going to sit here and put up with? Or maybe their airplane blows up.”
“My gut tells me they killed him and all the intellectual evidence lays it out,” he said, insisting that his gut feeling “is already right.”
Jones then said a civil war is coming if the Senate confirms Obama’s choice to replace Scalia. “The Republicans better block this nomination,” he said, “because if they get one more Supreme Court person in there, they’re going to trump every piece of Bill of Rights and Constitution and they’re going to get that physical civil war they want.”
He even suggested that Scalia told Matt Drudge last year that nefarious government officials are “coming after everybody and they’re going to come after us and it’s really dangerous.”
Say what you will but this is far too coincidental with Obama’s last ditch efforts to gut the constitution and destroy America as we know it.
This paves the way to Obama driving the final nails in the coffin.
We are determined to expose the truth. That may be difficult because, just like Osama Bin Laden’s body was expedited to the sea, supposedly, Justice Scalia’s body has been embalmed and therefore any thorough investigation into the causes of his death have been squashed- by Obama and our corrupt government.

The article did not mention author Tom Clancy. Clancy was a staunch Conservative. An NRA member. He was reportedly writing a book unfavorable to the power brokers in Washington.

Veteran homicide investigators in New York and Washington, DC, on Monday questioned the way local and federal authorities in Texas handled the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
“It’s not unreasonable to ask for an autopsy in this case, particularly knowing who he is,” retired Brooklyn homicide Detective Patricia Tufo told The Post.
“He’s not at home. There are no witnesses to his death, and there was no reported explanation for why a pillow is over his head,” Tufo said. “So I think under the circumstances it’s not unreasonable to request an autopsy. Despite the fact that he has pre-existing ailments and the fact that he’s almost 80 years old, you want to be sure that it’s not something other than natural causes.”
Bill Ritchie, a retired deputy chief and former head of criminal investigations for the DC police, said he was dumbstruck when he learned that no autopsy would be performed.
“I took a look at the report and I almost fell out of my chair,” Ritchie told The Post from his home in Maryland.
“I used to be an instructor in the homicide school. Every death investigation you are handling, you consider it a homicide until the investigation proves otherwise,” Ritchie said.
“How do you know that person wasn’t smothered? How do you know it’s not a homicide until you conduct an investigation? You have to do your job. Once you go through that process, you can conclude that this is a naturally occurring death.”
Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara said she declared Scalia dead via telephone based on what cops and marshals at the scene told her — that there were no signs of foul play.
“How in the world can that Texas judge, not even seeing the body, say that this is a heart attack?” Ritchie wondered. “A US marshal can’t tell you. You need a medical professional. If this was Joe Blow, you say OK, 79 years of age, health problems, maybe natural causes. But this is a sitting justice of the Supreme Court!”
Guevara also spoke by phone with Scalia’s physician, who told her Scalia had several chronic medical conditions and had gone to the doctor’s last week for a shoulder problem, reports say.
Scalia’s family did not want an autopsy, she added.

(Infowars) – Over the weekend, Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s office sent out asomber condolence recognizing the late Associate Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
Since the governor’s statement, additional information has come to light painting the circumstances surrounding Scalia’s death as anything but ordinary.
Scalia was a conservative-leaning judge known best for his adherence to the Constitution’s original interpretation. He fought against Planned Parenthood, supported private property rights and was a staunch pro-Second Amendment advocate.
Despite Scalia’s prominence, confusion still lingers over how he died.
Yesterday it was reported the justice was found dead at the Cibolo Creek Ranch in bed with a pillow over his head.
But Presidio County Judge Cinderella Guevara says the county sheriff on Saturday told her over the phone there was “absolutely not” any evidence of “foul play.”
Judge Guevara says she declined an autopsy based on the information, but later stated she recorded the death as being from natural causes, not from a heart attack, as she allegedly told WFAA news.
Within a few short hours, Scalia’s body was transported to a funeral home, embalmed and is now on its way to Virginia.
“As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia,” a former District of Columbia criminal investigations head posted on Facebook Sunday.
Additionally, a justice of the peace speaking with The Washington Post said she would also have requested an autopsy.
“If it had been me .?.?. I would want to know,” Presidio Justice of the Peace Juanita Bishop told The Post.
Former U.S. Army intelligence officer turned journalist Ray Starmann also suspects foul play.
“The circumstances surrounding Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia’s death are growing more suspicious by the minute,” writes Starmann forUSDefenseWatch.com.
“What was the cause of Scalia’s death? Was it a heart attack or death by natural causes?” asks Starmann, adding, “No one seems to know. The story keeps changing. How convenient… Who dies with a pillow over their head?”
While the Republican Texas governor has made no indication he intends to look into the justice’s death, in the past he has devoted state resources to monitor and investigate other controversial allegations.

President Barack Obama honored Poindexter and his Vietnam War unit with the Presidential Unit Citation, the nation’s highest award for unit valor, in a ceremony last October.
It has been long-standing policy for the Obama administration to grant presidential awards to those who are among the president’s most prized political donors.
It was Poindexter who reportedly was among those who initially discovered the Justice’s body, and who then coordinated with local officials to have Justice Scalia declared dead via a phone conversation with the area medical examiner – but without an actual medical examination of the body.
Mr. Poindexter was also said to be the primary point man between the ranch location and federal authorities who were notably slow to arrive on scene.
To date, there is said to have been no request for an autopsy even though initial reports suggest the Supreme Court Justice was found with a “pillow over his head” and had died alone in his room without any apparent witnesses. Gets this, in a confidential interview, a retired and fully credentialed U.S. Army Intelligence officer, holding top-secret clearance having worked with Army intelligence for over eight years, has made some shocking statements about the unusual circumstances surrounding the death of Justice Scalia. The Tea Party will refer to this credible individual as ‘Starman’
Starman stated: “The circumstances surrounding Supreme Court Judge Antonin Scalia’s death are growing more suspicious by the minute. The story appears to keep changing, with initial reports that Scalia had died of a heart attack later denied.”
He also goes on to question why no autopsy was performed, and specifically why Scalia’s body was quickly embalmed, thereby “erasing any chances for the coroner to conduct efficient toxicology tests.” Starman continues, “The same people who want you to believe Scalia died of a heart attack or natural causes are the same people who want you to believe that Hillary won the Iowa Caucuses with six coin tosses… Even Fox News refuses to cover these strange occurrences in Texas.”
Impossible? The first report was that Scalia suffered a fatal heart attack, but that report was later denied. Then the family demanded an immediate autopsy with quick embalming, which is also highly unusual. It is a long-held fact that embalming fluid usually erases any chances of having an accurate toxicology findings issued.
But it doesn’t end there. Former head of criminal investigations of the DC police William O. Ritchie stated: “I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia.” Richie went on to say: “…how can the Marshall say without a thorough post mortem that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack”
Then there’s the extremely disturbing fact that Scalia was found with a pillow over his head, as if the telegraph a message from the Godfather that ‘this could be you and we’ve taken care business.’
To top it off, important facts seem to be missing and doesn’t appear in any report. A pillow was over the face of Justice Scalia, but no mention that he was in bed! Isn’t it odd that a man puts a pillow over his face and dies from natural causes… and then falls to the ground with that pillow still over his face? How odd.
The real kicker is that the untimely death of Justice Scalia was just DAYS before important cases were to be decided by the court that he serves on.
Tea Party Research Team has some difficult questions to ask:
Why didn’t the U.S. Marshal check for a petechial hemorrhage in his eyes and under his lips? If hemorrhages of this sort would’ve been discovered it would suggest suffocation.
Why didn’t the U.S. Marshal refuse to smell Scalia’s mouth for any unusual odor? Some poisons carry a unique odor that can be readily identifiable, which could suggest poisoning.
Why wasn’t the pillow or any of Scala’s clothing seized as evidence and subjected to a thorough forensic exam searching for DNA other than Scalia’s DNA? Any extraneous DNA could indicate the presence of another person who came into direct contact with the pillow or any of Scalia’s clothing… or was he found nude?
Think about it, if Scalia was assassinated who would have the most to gain? No doubt someone that either had a vendetta against Justice Scalia or someone who wanted Scalia out of the way so Obama could exercise a ‘Recess Appointment’ for Scalia’s replacement.
Suppose Scalia lived, he would have decided the following cases:

Just days after the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, speculation and conspiracy has risen to the top of chatter to the point that the Washington Post published an article this morning on the conspiracies surrounding the death of the originalist justice.
The leading conspiracy surrounds non-other than the conspiracy queen herself, Hillary Rodham Clinton, aka, Hilla the Hun.
Note that the “Hillary Scalia Murder” conspiracy is one of several floating around. A second conspiracy is that D*ck Cheney was hunting Scalia in the Texas wilderness like Ice-T in Surviving the Game.
Back to reality . . . how in the world could the death of a Supreme Court justice on a remote ranch in Texas be linked to Hillary?
Well . . . because of her own words and campaign desperation.
Just weeks ago, on January 26th, an enthusiastic supporter in Ohio publicly asked Hillary if she would be willing to name Barack Obama to the Supreme Court.
Her response?
Hillary responded with, “What a great idea . . . he is brilliant and he can set forth an argument and he was a law professor. He has got all of the credentials.”
Clinton has been running against her socialist opponent, Bernie Sanders, as a continuation of the Obama legacy.
What better way to continue to give voice and power to the Obamas than to place the two-term president on the highest court in the land?
Clinton’s and Obama’s supporters went nuts over the concept of “Justice Obama,” lighting up Twitter and Facebook.
The “Supreme Idea” was a winner.
But like all evil plans, someone has to die to get the ball rolling.
Enter Antonin Scalia.
The vacationing justice was relaxing in an area so remote; his death certificate was signed over the phone.
Scalia’s own protection unit, the ever-present U.S. Marshalls, were hours away only to find him dead with a pillow over his head.
To add even more speculation as to Justice Scalia’s death, no autopsy will be performed.
If this were a political crime thriller, it would be too unbelievable to sell.
But in the world of the Clintons they somehow have managed to get away with murder and more for decades.
Murder you say? Yes . . . Benghazi . . . Waco.
Then tack on Chinagate, Filegate, Whitewater, Lewinski, Emailgate, Pardongate, Hubble Trouble, Cattle futures, Troopergate, etc., etc., etc.
While it is admittedly a massive stretch to believe that Hillary Clinton had Antonin Scalia snuffed out to benefit her presidential endeavors, real life events sound even more absurd.
If you don’t believe that, then you should believe that a YouTube video inspired a spontaneous gathering of terrorists on the anniversary of September 11th, and that spontaneity just happened to lead to the deaths of four Americans.

Scalia was asked about abortion and he said the constitution doesn't say anything about abortion but it does talk about states rights.
