Break it into paragraphs so it's not a giant wall of text. Even if you only have 2 paragraphs, having one about your hobbies and motivations is a must.
Talk more about the things you enjoy doing. The essay is supposed to let people get a feel for who you are, not just what you're looking for.
Add a few more photos as well.

I agree with above. Also balance your age range and make your interest short so they are searchable. One or two words followed by a comma.

Do men look outside of their league and then complain they aren't getting responses?
Of course i look for what attracts me but i also look for compatibility is his interests/hobbies he lists. I look at his location, his photos, his whole profile to make a decision. Do you guys do the same?

Try more pics of you doing activities. They make you seem hvery active. Also try to use less words. Leave some things for the "get to know process" I hope this helps.
