I'll let my trainer know you said my feet are placed incorrectly and then I will yell at him for training me wrong all these months.  NOT...I think he is doing just fine and I have had no injuries what-so-ever.

Having had to "squat" due to camping, or a dirty bathroom without seat covers... I can say with confidence, it's not nearly as comfortable as sitting.
That's all I have to say about that.

Was she Chinese?
Chinese toilets are basically holes in the floor that can flush. You have to squat in order to use them, 'cause there is nothing to sit on. You can find western toilets here but most Chinese people have Chinese toilets in their homes and in most businesses.
The Chinese staff at our school used to stand up on the toilet bowl and squat, leaving shoe prints. They had to be taught how to use a western toilet.
But if you think about it, it does seem unsanitary to sit our naked butts on the same place others sit their naked butts. I'll still take western toilets any day, though.

So I have noticed the past couple of weeks some things haven't changed in a year.
1. Some people still seem to have the worst possible luck (nothing good seems to happen in their lives, or they still make crap up for attention).
2. Some people still talk constantly about their animals as if they are their only friends (no HERBIE I am not talking about you)
3. Some complain about everything yet don't seem to be trying to make a change to improve their life.
4.Some still think staying as e-love will work out
5. And some do a combination of the above.
OK people if you fall into these categories for over a year, it is time for you to take a break and find your life.

For those that went to sleep early on Tuesday night...
LJ and WESTY almost became friends (not quite) and as of this posting I believe he is still unblocked. It is like Christmas for him.
HERBIE and GRRLY got into it and MORGAN couldn't figure out what caused the blow up. She tried staying neutral, not sure it worked
Then FILTER and GRRLY got into it. I think FILTER got the last word in. I can't go back and check.
