The Holland Tulip Festival is in Holland MI. And it is a beautiful and glorious sight to see.
I have been to Tyler TX but all I saw was a blue-clad convicts cleaning ditchlines and uniformed officers with shotguns on horseback.
(Hell's Bells. I seen that in LA and MS, too.)

No, Koz... but I love to make homemade applesauce. Got some of the best cooking apples last year at an orchard owned and operated by an Amish family, called Arron's Orchards, down in Georgia. Best applesauce I think I ever made.

Strawberry Festival -- Dayton TN
Did you know that Dayton TN is the place where the Scopes Monkey Trial took place? In the basement of the old courthouse there there is a museum set up to cooperate the event.
And nearby is the campus of Bryan College. (Bryan was one of the attorneys in the Scopes Monkey Trial.)

No. But I have been to Liberty Days in Liberty TX.
Some of the best foot-stompin', open air music concerts going. And the homemade canned (Mason jars) pickled vegetables, relishes, jams, and preserves One would ever hope for. Homegrown and delicious!

Plymouth Waterfront Festival, Plymouth MA
Music, food, car shows.
I love the atmosphere in Plymouth. The sea breezes blowing through the sea grasses, the 7p mph gusts leave a little to be desired, but the Norman Rockwellian ambience is wonderful.

Yes... In the park.
Tents, music, benders, free samples, food, sales of local stick (mostly Paw Paw area).
The park used to be magnificent before the tornado destroyed most off'the huge, old trees. The massive fountain was a lovely place to sit and dangle your toes on a hot summer day. 
Bronson Park is where I saw President JFK when he was campaigning.
