I think you can even go right to the final boss while skipping levels, technically, and that you don't have to do dungeons in a particular order.

doublethree Germantown, TN 40, joined Oct. 2013	This one is so different, in fact, it's nothing like any past one. You get weapons with numbers on them to show if they are upgrades or not and you have to kill animals and cook meals to keep your health up etc.

calthropstu Phoenix, AZ 38, joined Aug. 2012	Thing is, since the ocarina of time, they just got worse and worse. I couldn't even get through the one for the wii it was so boring. Like many of the big franchises, the push for sales and money made playability plummet. Even Final Fantasy is dead as far as I am concerned... 13 was just horrendously awful. I have yet to see even a single solitary decent rpg for any of the new systems, and strategy games seem to be a dying breed altogether.

doublethree Germantown, TN 40, joined Oct. 2013	I don't feel like they got worse. Some of my favorite ones are Majora's Mask and Twilight Princess, which each came after OoT. I did think skyward sword was lame as far as having barely any overworld to go to, but even that game was fun overall.
