The TSA is one of the biggest financial farces in this country. The creation of the TSA was a political stunt by Bush and Congressional reps from BOTH parties to make Americans feel safe. I personally believed from the start that politicians used 9/11 as a political football to create more "jobs", and essentially a stay at home Federal Army, while telling Americans it was needed for their safety.

Fifteen years after creation, they build a "training center". Prior to that, 2 weeks of looking at pictures and studying the "history of the TSA". Seriously... these people are one step above those collecting welfare for having babies and to freaking lazy to work. This isn't work. Nor are these morons educated, prior to applying, during the process or after getting hired.

Here is what the TSA website states:
Requirements-
Must be a United States citizen.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess a high school diploma.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and medical evaluation.

Training-
The training for TSA agents includes forty hours of classroom training and sixty hours of training on the job.

Starting pay is $37,000 minimum per year plus all Federal benefits.

Now let this sink in... these are uneducated young kids and adults too stupid or lazy to get trained at a real job, or to get educated (many did NOT complete HS!!), who after ONE F**KING WEEK looking at pictures, are given ONE MORE WEEK of on the job training, and then get a badge and a gun and a Fed. job "protecting" this country. Who is kidding who? An 18 yo with no education and the ability to read and write at probably the 8th grade level, is given a badge and a weapon and the authority to attack, stop, question, shoot...This has all of the earmarks of a liberal from start to finish.

One question... ARE YOU F**KING KIDDING ME? The government had and has one goal, an in-country army of idiots who will do what they are told should the shit hit the fan. And I guarantee you, these morons would, if told, attack, shoot and kill Americans because they are brainwashed to do this. If we are labeled terrorists, they WILL see you as a terrorist and you will be shot, killed, or jailed.

The TSA are the brown shirts of America in the future.
This story will piss any decent person off to no end.

TSA sued for injuring, jailing disabled teen

The Transportation Security Administration faces a lawsuit from the family of a disabled 19-year-old woman following her rough treatment and arrest during a security screening last year at Memphis International Airport.

On June 30, 2015, Hannah Cohen and her mother, Shirley Cohen, were headed home to Chattanooga, Tenn., to celebrate the completion of a medical treatment, when Hannah set off the metal detector's alarm and was pulled aside for additional screening. According to the lawsuit, Hannah, whose disability limits her ability to "speak, walk, stand, see, hear, care for herself, learn and work, think, concentrate, and interact with others," became "disoriented and confused," at the warning alarm and the TSA personnel's response.

“She was trying to get away from them, but in the next instant, one of them had her down on the ground and hit her head on the floor.” Shirley Cohen told WREG-TV in an interview. The badly hurt and bruised Hannah was arrested on allegations that she hit an officer on the shoulder, chest, and face, and spent the night in jail, but the charges were dismissed, according to the lawsuit.

The suit against the TSA and the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority is for a “reasonable sum not exceeding $100,000 and costs” for “causing … physical and emotional injury as well as emotional injury” to Shirley Cohen.

The lawsuit alleges that officers and security agents discriminated based on Hannah Cohen’s ability. The TSA did not properly accommodate Cohen and her mother, the lawsuit states.

A new TSA training academy, opened this past February, might prepare future TSA agents to respond to passengers with special needs.

Traditional training, before the academy, consisted mostly of learning about different security scenarios from pictures. In the new facility, however, the trainers “get someone who is a little closer to being a finished performer when they show up” to work, TSA administrator and appointed head of the agency, Peter Neffenger told The Hill.

But training may not go into depth about responding sensitively to people with different needs. Officers go through a two-week course with “hands-on practicums” with real TSA equipment. Lessons on the TSA’s history and mission are also part of the training, but Mr. Neffenger did not note any instruction on human relations. After the agency failed security tests, security savvy and alertness has been a major priority.

A more balanced view of security, such as that which police departments are increasingly adopting, may make future searches smoother.

This is such bullshit.Does the government really think we are all that stupid?

Semper Fi !!!

The U.S. Agriculture Department’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service doesn’t seem like a Wild West sort of federal agency since its biologists mostly check on the human health impact of animal and plant species.

But it reported buying $4.7 million in high-powered weapons, ammunition and military gear during the last decade, including shotguns, night vision goggles, and propane cannons, according to federal purchasing records reviewed by the nonpartisan government spending watchdog openthebooks.com.

About $1.7 million of that spending occurred in 2014 alone.

The agency says it needs the equipment to protect its workers in the wild from feral swine, more commonly known as wild hogs. But spending critics like openthebooks.com see such purchases as part of a much larger trend toward militarizing federal civilian agencies and local police at taxpayer expense.

And the irony is such purchases have massively expanded over the last decade, even as President Obama has repeatedly pushed to limit access to high-powered gun and weapons in America, most recently after the Orlando terror attack last month.

“This massacre is, therefore, a further reminder of how easy it is for someone to get their hands on a weapon that lets them shoot people in a school, or in a house of worship, or a movie theater, or in a nightclub,” the president said after the most recent mass shooting.

But on his watch, government agencies are arming themselves more than ever before.

According to a recent report from openthebooks.com, non-military spending on guns, ammo and military-style equipment soared from $119.3 million in 2008, President George W. Bush’s last year in office, to a high of $224.7 million dollars in 2012, the year Obama won re-election.

In 2014, the latest year for which there are complete records, total militarized spending by civilian federal agencies dropped to $150 million, still much higher than the end of the Bush years.

The Department of Homeland Security was the biggest spender on guns and ammo, requesting to purchase 1.7 billion bullets alone since 2004.

But the weaponry has spread far beyond law enforcement agencies on the front lines of the war on terror, reaching regulatory agencies like the Food and Drug Administration and the Environmental Protection Agency, the report showed.

Beyond automatic rifles, armored cars and hollow-round bullets, some agencies seemed to have expanded their purchases to the more sublime, even booking hundreds of thousands of dollars of paint ball equipment, the report showed.

“Much of this spending on guns, ammunition and military-style equipment is redundant, inefficient and unnecessary,” openthebooks.com argues in its report.

Federal officials, however, blame rising threats to their employees across the globe.

Maybe those wild pigs and venus fly traps in the wild are just getting more dangerous and numerous.

The two reports above could be part of a bigger theme.

Have we noticed that government has been getting bigger? Sure, it has been doing that for decades, but how about recently? Think about it from a more distant vantage point. The bigger the government is, the more people work for the government. If this trend continues, everyone will be working FOR the government or be DEPENDENT on its entitlements. All paychecks or entitlements come from ONE entity. And remember, "Never bite the hand that feeds you"!

Can both of these federal agencie mentioned in the above articles be one more agency to use the excuse that they need more weapons and ammunition? Could it be that we need to create more and more agencies to fill out purchase orders, so that we can store and hide more arms on the federal end? They could be spread everywhere. Not that each agency would use them, but they would be in the federal stockpile if and when retail supplies dry up. They could also be distributed throughout every square mile of our landscape and not need last minute transporting. Not to mention they could be hidden from the public's awareness.

Does anyone remember reading that these non-existing "camps" are hidden in plain sight? Rumors suggest that we could be driving by them every day and NOT know what they are. My question is where are the arms inventories going? Have we noticed how many retail "big box" stores have closed up? Has anyone noticed that the ones we drive by are vacant and have been there for years? Who is paying the mortgage for these properties? Do the math. Could it be that some could be discreet warehouse for something? Hidden in plain sight! We aren't likely to give it a second thought. Maybe they were purchased or maybe they are rented out. Not many real estate investers would sit on expensive property waiting for the economy to improve. But they might lease them out until things get better. Could the federal government be the owners OR possibly be the temporary renters? If we see anyone cutting the grass, we might inquire to the lowly workers who is paying them and follow the money trail.

This is speculation on my part, trying to figure out how million dollar property can just sit around. The investment numbers don't add up. Somebody is paying the mortgage. How can they do it?

The closed Walmarts with fences and razor wire attract too much attention. But how many less obvious big box stores and supermarkets don't have curious fencing? That's one suggestion of WHERE the stocking of arms and other things might be going to. I could be wrong, I hope I am. Just a theory.
