Actually, they are not the same thing. I explained this in another thread not long ago. I got it from an Ancient Koine Greek scholar.
He said "dad" or "daddy" is a more informal way of addressing your father. "Father" is more formal.
There is a difference.

Most Bible scholars believe that the book of First Peter was written shortly after the beginning of Nero’s Roman persecution of Christians in AD 64 because of I Peter 4:12,13 & 5:8,9. We know that Peter and his wife were living in Rome at this time.
Peter was inspired to write in I Peter 5:13: “She {Peter’s wife} who is in *BABYLON* {Nickname for *ROME*!} sends you her greetings, and so does my son Mark.” Apparently some Christians including Peter were inspired to call ROME “BABYLON” after Nero’s terrible persecution of Christians starting in AD 64. The only question that remains is: Was Babylon rebuilt so that there could be people living in Babylon around AD 65 when Peter wrote 1 Peter 5:13??? Question: WHAT DOES GOD'S WORD SAY ABOUT PURGATORY?
Answer: The simple answer to this question is that the Bible says nothing about Purgatory. The doctrine of purgatory is not a Scriptural concept. We do, however, see much discussion in God’s Word about the only two destinations for those who have died: Heaven and Hell.
Jesus spoke significantly of both, and yet there is never a mention of a third place, an interim location where man undergoes further purification. The concept of purgatory implies that Christ’s work on the cross was incomplete and insufficient to save us from judgment for our sins. We know, however, that the full redemptive work of Christ was accomplished on the cross, just as Christ Himself declared, “It is finished” (John 19:30).
For believers, the end of this life will be the beginning of our eternal life with the LORD. We can see this in Jesus’ parable about the rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16:19-31, whereby Lazarus was taken immediately upon his death to “Abraham’s side,” a common figure-of-speech for Heaven, and the rich man was immediately cast into torment in Hades. Paul assures believers in 2 Corinthians 5:6-8 that to be “away from the body” is to be “**AT HOME WITH THE LORD!**.” Those who have been saved by faith in Jesus Christ may rest assured that their debt has been paid by Christ Himself, and that their death will find them standing before God justified and glorified, and welcomed into His kingdom.
Ephesians 1:5-8: In love He predestined us to be adopted as His sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will--to the praise of His **GLORIOUS GRACE**, which He has freely given us in the One He loves. In Him we have **REDEMPTION THROUGH HIS BLOOD**, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding!
Jesus said to the just saved evil thief on the cross: "I tell you the truth, **TODAY** you will be **WITH ME** in Paradise!!" {Luke 23:43}

The Bible is only speaking of heaven and hell concerning the "spiritual body", not the "physical body", correct?
In either instance "spiritual or physical" the realm of whether heaven or hell is referring to "those who believe and those who dis-believe". Correct?
"Death", akin to 'I once was lost, but now am found' and 'was blind but now I see'are speaking of the 'spiritual body'. Correct?

There is no fire associated with 'sheol.' And 'hades' is the Ancient Greek translation of the word 'sheol.'
The fire in 'gehenna' is man made. It was lit by Romans, not by God. Gehenna was a ravine near Jerusalem, used for garbage. Jesus used it as a metaphor, nothing more.
I have listed several sources who have explained to you what the word 'sheol' means. These are people much smarter and much more knowledgeable than you ever will be. None of them said that 'sheol' can be translated as "hell."
The fact is very simple. There is no "hell" in the Scriptures. Never was and never will be.
There is no fire associated with 'sheol.' And there is no punishment associated with 'sheol' either. Show me one verse in the Bible that associates 'sheol' with fire. Just one.
Your guess on what you think 'sheol' means is wrong.
Maybe it's time to pick up a book?

The apostle Peter was inspired by God to write 2 Peter 3:15,16: bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our **DEAR BROTHER PAUL** also wrote you with the wisdom God gave him. He writes the same way in all his letters, in speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things which are hard {For unbelievers) to understand, which ignorant and unstable people {Like Louie and TNT} as they do the other Scripture, to their own destruction!!
The Apostle Peter wrote in I Peter 1:17-19: For you know it was not with perishable things such as silver and gold that you were **REDEEMED** from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, but with the **PRECIOUS BLOOD OF CHRIST**, a Lamb without blemish or defect!!

**BUT WHAT DOES GOD'S WORD SAY**???
Hebrews 10:11-18: Day after day every priest performs his religious duties again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But when this Priest had offered for all time **ONE SACRIFICE FOR SINS**, He sat down at the right hand of God... Because by **ONE SACRIFICE** He has made ***PERFECT FOREVER*** those who are being made holy. The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First he says: "This is the covenant I will make with them after that time says the Lord. I will put My laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds." The he adds" Their sins and lawless acts I will remember **NO MORE**." And when these have been forgiven , there is **NO LONGER** any sacrifice for sin!!
Ephesians 1:5-8: In love He predestined us to be adopted as His sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will--to the praise of His **GLORIOUS GRACE**, which He has freely given us in the One He loves. In Him we have **REDEMPTION THROUGH HIS BLOOD**, the **FORGIVENESS OF SINS**, in accordance with the riches of God's grace that He lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding!
Ephesians 2:4-10: Because of His great love for us, God,, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions--it is **BY GRACE** you have been saved! And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that in the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is **BY GRACE** you have been saved, through faith-- and this **NOT FROM YOURSELVES**, it is the **GIFT** of God--**NOT BY WORKS**, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do!
Hebrews 9:25-28: Nor did He enter heaven to offer Himself again and again, the way the high priest enters the Most Holy Place with blood that is not his own. Then Christ would have had to suffer many times since the creation of the world But now He has appeared **ONCE FOR ALL** at the end of the ages to do away with sin by the sacrifice of Himself. Just as man is destined to die once , and after that to face judgment, so Christ was **SACRIFICED ONCE TO TAKE AWAY THE SINS OF MANY PEOPLE**!!

"Heaven" does not come immediately after death. The Mansions come next. They are not "Heaven." We will be given plenty of time to become perfect on the Mansion Worlds. That's what they are for. They are finishing schools, not torture chambers.

That's about all the bible has to say about it. It's very brief. But The Urantia Book tells us a lot more about the Mansion Worlds we go to after we die. Paul knew of them for he said:
2Co_12:2 I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth; such an one caught up to the third heaven.
The third heaven is the third (of seven) Mansion Worlds. Elijah and Enoch perfected themselves so much that they were transported (translated) (2Ki 2:11) (Heb 11:5), in a chariot of spiritual flames directly to the mansions, by-passing normal mortal death.

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us!

Colossians 2:16,17: Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you **EAT** or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a *SHADOW* of the things that were to come, the reality, however, is found in Christ!!!
All of the OT sabbath laws have been eliminated. Both Jesus and His Father have declared all foods are now clean. All of the OT sacrificial and temple laws have been eliminated. All of the stoning to death laws for breaking the law have been eliminated. All of the laws concerning an eye for an eye and making oaths have been eliminated. Circumcision laws have been eliminated. Loving one another as Jesus loved us has replaced loving one another as you love yourself.
Their about 400 NT laws to be obeyed with *LOVE* in the hope of countless eternal rewards for faithful and loving service has replaced the 613 OT laws.

Colossians 1:17,18: He {Jesus} is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. And He is the **HEAD** of the body, **THE CHURCH**; He is the beginning and the firstborn among the dead, so that in **EVERYTHING** He might have the **SUPREMACY**!!
Ephesians 5:22-30: Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ {Not a pope}is the **HEAD OF THE CHURCH**, His body, of which He is the Savior. Now as the **CHURCH** submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the **CHURCH** and gave Himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the **WORD**, and to present her to Himself as a radiant **CHURCH**, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish but holy and blameless. In this same way, husbands ought to love heir wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. After all, no one ever hated his own body, but he feeds and cares for it, just as Christ does the **CHURCH**--for we are members of His body!!
Ephesians 1:19-23: That power is like the working of His mighty strength, which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the **PRESENT AGE** but also in the one to come. And God paced **ALL THINGS** under His feet and appointed Him {Not popes} to be the ***HEAD*** over everything for the **CHURCH**, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills everything in every way!
Matthew 28:18-20: Jesus says, "**ALL AUTHORITY** in heaven and **ON EARTH** has been given to **ME**!! Therefore go and make disciples of all nations... teaching them to obey **EVERYTHING** I have commanded you. And surely I am with you **ALWAYS**, to the very end of the age!!"
Matthew 16:13,15-18: Jesus asked His disciples "Who do people say the Son of Man is?...Who do you say I am?? Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but **BY MY FATHER IN HEAVEN**. And I tell you that you are Peter {Greek for a stone}, and on this Rock I will build **MY CHURCH**!"
The Greek word for Peter is "Petros" and never means Rock; whereas the Greek word for **ROCK** is "Petra". Many times is God's Word Jesus is called a **ROCK** such as I Corinthians 10:2-4: They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual **ROCK**{Greek-Petra}, and that **ROCK WAS CHRIST**! And so Christ claims that he will build **MY CHURCH** on the spiritual **ROCK**{Greek-Petra} which is the statement that "On this **ROCK**{Greek-Petra} I will build **MY CHURCH!!"{Matthew 16:18}

DOES THE URANTIA BOOK AGREE WITH GOD'S WORD IN THE BIBLE??
If we compare the teachings of The Urantia Book with those of the Bible, we quickly discover that The Urantia Book, far from being consistent with biblical Christianity, actually denies or distorts almost every fundamental doctrine of the Christian faith. For example, contrary to the testimony of Jesus in the New Testament–that the Scriptures are the word of God (Matt. 15:3-6), inspired by the Holy Spirit (Matt. 22:43), and completely true and accurate in all details (Matt. 5:17-18; Luke 24:44; John 17:17)–The Urantia Book has Jesus declaring to Nathaniel, “the Scriptures are faulty and altogether human in origin” (UB, 1767).
The rejection of the Bible as a fallible human document sets the stage for the rejection of many other biblical doctrines as well. For example, The Urantia Book rejects the Bible’s views about God, Christ, man, sin, and salvation. Contrary to the biblical position that there is only one God (Deut. 6:4; Isa. 45:21), The Urantia Book espouses polytheism, the belief in many “Gods.” Martin Gardner points out that the term “Gods” (a capitalized plural) “appears more than a hundred times” in The Urantia Book.{17} For instance, on page 364 we read, “We are all a part of an eternal project which the Gods are supervising and outworking.” Although The Urantia Book does acknowledge the existence of one supreme God, it rejects biblical Trinitarianism in favor of its own view that there is actually a “Trinity of Trinities” (UB, 1170-73). But this is only the beginning. According to Gardner, there are so many “gods” in The Urantia Book that its polytheism “puts Greek and Hindu mythology to shame.”{18}
The view of Jesus presented in The Urantia Book is equally disturbing and unbiblical. To begin, the virgin birth is rejected. Jesus was simply born of Joseph and Mary (UB, 1344-45). Nevertheless, although he had human parents, he is also presented as the incarnation of Michael of Nebadon, the creator of our universe and one of “more than 700,000 Creator Sons of the Eternal Son.”{19} This clearly conflicts with the New Testament’s view of Jesus, which reveals that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit in the womb of the virgin Mary (Matt. 1:18-25; Luke 1:26-38). Furthermore, John tells us that Jesus is the one and only eternal Son of God in an absolutely unique sense (John 1:1-2, 14; 3:16). He is not merely one of more than 700,000 other Creator Sons; He is truly unique.
These doctrinal differences are only the tip of the iceberg. There are many other differences between The Urantia Book and the Bible. However, due to space considerations, I can only mention the following.
The Urantia Book declares, “There has been no ‘fall of man.'” (UB, 846). This explains, at least in part, why there is also no need for any blood atonement for sin (UB, 60). The Urantia Book tells us, “The whole idea of ransom and atonement is incompatible with the concept of God as it was taught and exemplified by Jesus of Nazareth” (UB, 2017). The notion of “substituting an innocent sufferer for a guilty offender” is dismissed as a “childish scheme” (UB, 2017). What, then, was the meaning of Jesus’ death on the cross? According to The Urantia Book, “We know that the death on the cross was not to effect man’s reconciliation to God but to stimulate man’s realization of the Father’s eternal love and his Son’s unending mercy” (UB, 2019). Obviously, these teachings strike at the very heart of the Christian message.
Genesis 3-5 and Romans 5 make it quite clear that there has indeed been a “fall of man” into sin and rebellion against his Creator. The entire race was ruined and condemned because of Adam’s disobedience. Paul tells us plainly that “the result of one trespass was condemnation for all men” (Rom. 5:18). The ideas of ransom and substitutionary atonement are not incompatible with Jesus’ view of God. Indeed, Jesus Himself stated that He came “to give His life as a ransom for many” (Matt. 20:28). The Bible tells us that “all have sinned” (Rom. 3:23), but it also tells us that “Christ died for our sins” (1 Cor. 15:3). Contrary to The Urantia Book, Jesus did not die merely to stimulate man’s realization of the Father’s love; He died to reconcile us to God (Rom. 5:10; Col. 1:22). It is because Christ died for our sins that God can now offer us salvation as a free gift (Rom. 6:23). We cannot earn this gift; we can only gratefully receive it through faith in Christ (Rom. 3:22-28; Eph. 2:8-9).
