Electronic Minimal techno IDM Microhouse Glitch House
"reminder" seems to be my favorite off their latest album. love it. suggest it.
i like all their stuff though, bass just loud enough to be therapeutic rather than intense. great for chilling.

plaid is my favorite band..i think they are mostly considered IDM(intelligent dance music), though i would be hesitant to categorize them. they are under the warp label which is mostly IDM.
they got 9 full length albums out.. and lots more..
double figure is my favorite album by far...most people i met agree it's their best album.
i ~like~ all of their stuff.. but.. objectively speaking, i recognize only a couple great tracks here and there.
pino pomo and last remembered thing 2 of my absolute favorite songs by them, however, the album is just an afterthought.. i'd rarely ever listen to it all the way through.
actually took me awhile to get into them. a friend suggested them to me and i kinda liked them but i didn't really know what i was hearing, like i guess it didn't register for awhile.
i think it was around 2004-2005 or so, the song "Manyme" started while i was playing WoW. just creeped up on me after awhile...like the song sounded to me at the time even. i'll always remember that's when i first started loving them.
they probably have around 40+ songs i absolutely adore and consider my favorite. and another 50-100 i consider enjoyable at times.
their first album as plaid came out in 1997...my friend who introduced them to me found them through a song they did on that album called "lilith" featuring bjork. he's huge into her. I like the song a lot, but i hold rakimou off that album in higher regards.
anyways, i talk too much.. nobody cares.
