My tooth broke (chompin' on hard candies) and I can't see my dentist until Tuesday.
Then its a matter of get it pulled ($250) or root canal and crown ($2500)
I'm in pain. This has been a bad week to quit heroin.

Yes Nawty they all are. But there is a huge heroin epidemic in Ohio. Not sure about everywhere else, but I can only imagine it's the same. But, as of late, somehow there was a bad batch of heroin here in Ohio that has killed 100s. It's constant in our news. I don't know why heroin has become popular again. It died out in the 70s. This is sooooo sad

Not going to bother to watch the debate. The outcome is set.
15-20 Million angry, under educated, under employed, angry whites; mostly males will vote for Trump.
5 Million, young lost, idealistic souls will vote for Johnson/Weld.

These are batches of heroin laced with fentanyl. It's killing people. I'm so sad for these people. I know they make their own choices, but it seems people that want to feel absolutely nothing, and use this drug, are trying to cover pain in their life! It's one hell of a vicious cycle

I was lucky to have only smaller tears in my left shoulder; but I had the mother of all tears in my right shoulder. I had to have surgery on that one. I don't want to scare you, so do not take this wrong, but it was the worse surgery I've ever had as far as pain goes, and I've had 3 back surgeries. I've talked to a lot of my xray patients that have had the surgery, and they feel the same.
BUT, BUT, BUT, after therapy, my right arm is stronger than it was before the injury; and it made all the difference in the world. 
Hey, if it wasn't for the surgery, I wouldn't be here on DH. I found the place while I was off work and rehabbing it. I remember coming home from PT and pulling up a seat at Carbon's bar. That was so much fun back then. Sigh
Well I wouldn't give a flyin smurf about pain if it was productive. Thanks for the info. I'll talk to my doc.
I'm fed up of the darn things poppin off randomly its not constant but one or the other pops off once every year now. and I cant even move without screaming when they do. been 4 times now. I be like a crazy person in agony all hair standin on end an sht . its wild lmao

Almost all of the illegal Fentanyl straight or laced comes from either mainland China ( Triads ) or Mexico ( Mexican cartels )...you can thank Obama and Clinton for the open borders and usually transported from LA to other parts of America and even up in Canada where you are. Pretty lethal shit...DEA agents can actually die from just touching or sniffing it when raiding a lab. Once added to heroin it's worse and the Chinese ( Triads ) even provide the equipment and manuals how to produce it. They even add it to Xanax or HC where many have overdosed. It's not even sold for profits...simply to kill Americans. Why we need Trump...God help us if the corrupt b*tch gets in. 7 out of 10 victims don't make it out of ER or have massive problems later.
