So ~~ being kind of oblivious to sports ~~ certain teams are currently in playoffs to see which two teams will face off in the World Series ~~ is that correct?

There is the National League (NL) & the American League (AL) and each league has had to play all the other teams in their league to see who is the team with the best winning capability in their respective division. Is this correct?

Then, whichever team wins in their respective division advances to play in the World Series. Is this correct?

Currently, I am assuming, in the NL it is down to the Cleveland Indians and the Toronto Blue Jays to play each other for the NL title and told advance to the World Series. Is this correct?
And in the AL the Chicago Cubs are scheduled to play the winner of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Washington Nationals game. Is this correct?
Which two teams are favored to meet in the World Series at this time?
