If Hillary Clinton had done one tenth of what Mr. Flynn had done, she likely would be in jail. And it isn't just Mr. Flynn, how far does this go?
The White House has no credibility on this issue. Their spigot of lies - can't we finally all agree to call them lies - long ago lost them any semblance of credibility. I would also extend that to the Republican Congress, who has excused away the Trump Administration's assertions for far too long.
We need an independent investigation. Damn the lies, full throttle forward on the truth. If a scriptwriter had approached Hollywood with what we are witnessing, he or she would probably have been told it was way too far-fetched for even a summer blockbuster. But this is not fiction. It is real and it is serious. Deadly serious. We deserve answers and those who are complicit in this scandal need to feel the full force of justice.

What I am saying is we are hypocrites. If another country hacks or tries to do anything to influence the US...oh horrors. And Trump was right when he said we are not innocent in history. We stuck our nose into China, Vietnam, South America and others whenever the rich wanted to pad their coffers. Our CIA stuck our nose into other countries and tried to ram democracy down their throats. So if Russia did stick their nose in here..hey paybacks are a b*tch. And what does it matter. Our elections cant be hacked. Except by OUR government. We get to vote for the chosen few. If you cant get the Koch family to back you or have a few million to blow yourself..you have NO chance to become POTUS.
Do I like Trump. Not really. Did I vote for him. Yes..AGAINST the Clinton dynasty. Did Russia influence me? Hell no. I voted against Hillary when she ran against Bambam. Like someone said..do we want a female pres? Yes. But not HER!
I wanted Bernie. But the Dems said nope..she is our chosen so scram Bernie. The Dems sabotaged him, not Russia. Proven hacks.
Trump is a jerk and an idiot. He flaps his lips and picking up a book is not his bag. Is he risky. Yep..so was Kennedy who was nutso due to Addisons Disease..which was hidden from us. Russia SAVED our hides when Khrushchev figured out Kennedy was bats and backed down in Cuba. Every POTUS in history screwed us in one way or the others. And were either proclaimed great or horrid during their life. History then gets out and shows us their major fails.
So we take what we get. And cross our fingers and hope they do more good than bad. Only time will tell.
Until we can elect the Dali Lama, Jesus or Gandi as POTUS, we will get a regular human instead. And hope the dont screw up toooo badly.

Anyone who actually VOTES, that can be swayed by the OPINIONS of foreigners is a lost cause. The whole world makes comments in regards to the US government. Wise people note them and then ignore the sour grapes.
Our system of dis-connected voting machines and paper ballets precludes a risk to tampering. So no Russian can change votes. Only the 1 percent of our own might. We have a system of trust. We cast out ballet that then disappears from our sight. Where it goes is trust. Whether it is counted is trust. And in the end all we get to do is choose between the chosen ones. We have the freedom to dream and no more.
That is why Trump won. When DC is a circus, we might as well appoint a clown as ring master.
I acknowledge that I am just a peon. What I want or think doesnt matter a hoot to the elite of the world. So I plod on in my little life and the elite ignore me. Face it.
