There are plenty.

Pilates (1 hour) (Body conditioning)

CX Work (30 min ) (abs butt and thighs)

Body Attack (high intensity cardio)

Boxing (1 hour)

Body Pump (1 hour) (strength/using weights)

RPM (45 mins) (cycle where you ride to music to the rhythm of powerful music)

Sprint (30 mins) (High intensity interval workout that takes you to over drive)

Grit Strenth (30 mins of high intensity interval training)

Look up Les Mills.

OP - Forget 'spot reduction'. There is no such thing. You can work your gut forever, and only lose fat from your butt, or tits, or such. Working an area will build the muscle there, but will not necessarily burn the fat from there. Basically, the longer you have had the fat, the harder it will be to get rid of. Exercise your entire body. Work the upper body on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and the lower body on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Take Sunday off. Start light, and easy, and work up slowly, to avoid sprains, tears, etc. Eat a lot of protein, and little Sodium, Fat, Cholesterol, and Sugar. For salt, skip Table Salt, and use Sea Salt. Drink plenty of water. Forget diet sodas. Reduce your total calorie intake. Use Aerobics-walking, jogging, calesthenics, etc, and Anaerobics (weight lifting) in each workout. Have plenty of sex.

lol
she said that she is just a beginner...
are you trying to kill her, merc?

my advice is,whatever you do, start slow, and work your way up,otherwise, you are going to burn out quick, and give up before you get into your groove.

I didn't mean for her to throw herself into all of it now

I was just giving her idea's to look into.

Kraven you can explain about the protein shakes to build muscle
and the rest about fuelling the body.

well,i am not a nutrition expert, but the basic explanation is that protein builds muscles...

the way I understand it,people like to drink protein shakes after a workout to build muscles because since it is a liquid,it takes less time to digest, and release the protein into the body,so it reaches the muscles faster than if you just ate solid foods to get the protein.

and,you are supposed to take in/eat a lot of carbs before a workout,to fuel your body,to give it energy to burn while you are exerting yourself during your workout

I don't work out very much anymore, though, and i was never a 'bodybuilder',so I do not do the whole protein shake thing, but I do know people that do drink them.

I HAVE been know to load a lot of carbs into my body, though, but fueling up to work out had nothing to do with it!! lol

Try puking after every meal.
It worked for Kirstie Alley.

I believe that protein shakes are really designed for male body builders.
I would just stick with something simple like chocolate milk.
USA olympic athletes use it so it should be fine for you.

there are certain things I won't put in my body.

Never drink any diet cola.
The artificial sweeteners and aspertame is horrible for you and tastes awful.
Am happy with water and a lemon wedge.
