I was over in the Profile Reviews section, and I saw where enough guys had re written their profiles and were asking how they looked...and with some several times too.
So, $$$ signs started floating in my head, I put out a thread offering at various prices, to write profiles that guaranteed success, the more you pay, the better women you attract...depending on how you look at it.
Well, I guess this one male responder wanted to test my knowledge, and asked me: what do I say on the first date to a woman to keep her interested in me ?? I answer him with: Don't say anything, just keep a cucumber in your pants and smile...and said, that will be $30 dollars right there......pay up!!!
So, he took my advice and now has filed a law suit on me.
What happened is...he put that cucumber in the back of his pants, and she thought that he either had the worlds largest hemorrhoid, or way too much fiber in his diet and uncontrollable bowel syndrome...and made a big scene that embarrassed him in front of the whole Restaurant.
Come on now..any idiot knows you'd put the cucumber in the front of your pants and why ..Right?
There's no way he could win this suit, can he?
These days you just never know...

Yes. He will likely win. You obviously didn't write your contract well enough to cover the fact that there are a lot of very tricky things about cucumbers, including whether they have been turned into pickles or not, what happens when the juices from them interact with the material of the clothing, and what the woman might or might not do when threatened with vegetables.
You also don't say whether or not you told him in advance, how to explain that his "thingy" was dark green.
had I been your lawyer, I would have warned you away from this irresponsible and foolish business decision.
