You don't think if you saw and felt the pain you caused people...if you have...that it would effect you at all?....I know it would me...it would make me sad and it would certainly make me not want to repeat those actions again....im glad though that nobody here has ever caused another pain in with their actions.....it would be a b*tch if you had and had to feel every bit of it...cause one day you will....

Family, relationship, or?
How about telling someone that an outfit doesn't looks good on her?
Or that there will not be marriage and she should just look for a guy with that mindset.
Or telling my daughter that her idea of life is...umm..

Every person that you have come in contact with throughout your life...not just any hurt or pain but the good stuff too...this isn't just about negative things...but im sure each life review will contain both....

If I was to reflect I would focus on the positives of those I come into contact with. I think it also depends on what level that contact is or was

Yeah the movie would contain how your actions effected others both positively and negatively....not only that but you would feel how the other person felt too....so im sure there would be lotsa sex scenes on the positive side.....
Rach...it would depend on whether there was an impact...positive or negative no matter the level of contact and no matter how small...sometimes we aren't aware of the impact we can have on people with even the smallest gesture.....

Hearing that I've said or done something that helped or made someone happy of feel better obviously will affect me in a positive way.
But..who wouldn't be affected the same way?

Not just hearing it but feeling it too...its not about what you think at this point...its about seeing and feeling how the other person felt....and I guess its about how balanced those positive vs. negatives are.....
That's great archer....the key is also to forgive oneself in the process....
I've already had mine by the way over the course of a few years...at times it was very painful....but I learned to forgive myself.....

Meh..never gave too much thought.
I was training this guy who was a young man with not much experience but he was a very good driver..a natural.
So I told him that.
He was beaming.
I also gave a few pointers someone, and to this day he is thankful. Even said he got a good job because of it.
But I also know that sometimes I don't say what they want to hear.I know what they want to hear but if it's not true?

Hippo...I do the same thing...I don't believe that comes from a negative place but we also don't know the impact until we see and feel what we may not have known....

Thinking I shouldn't said it.
I am so happy that when it comes to my daughter a few "negative" thing I have said she learned that it wasn't negative after all
It came from experience.
So watching that back would be heartwarming.

If I have gotten to the point I have caused someone pain. I can assure you it took a lot of their actions to push me to that point. I am not just talking one, but several and if I have got to that point. I can say I no longer care about how they feel.
It may make me heartless to some, but in my mind I have no feelings left towards that person.

Yes...what we may think may be something negative may have also had a positive impact....staying true to yourself though is an act of love in itself so that's a good thing too....

I think karma is a really misunderstood concept...its based on one the law of the universe and that is...cause and effect....what goes out comes back....whether it be positive or negative energy...unless its transmuted first....

Agreed, which is why I don't get people wishing karma on others.
It's a nice thread, I think my own expectations actually causes a problem for me personally on how I hope others are. So, therefore it always falls short. Kinda online the lines of. Expecting people to be like you. Which, most are not. I'm ok with that, but now I expect to be disappointed.

That's because people don't understand it...they think its like this evil hex you can place on somebody.....when there is actually nothing they can do about it.....
I don't expect others to be like me at all....I just have healthy expectations and deal breakers...and those are ok for me.....I know what I need and don't and what I want and don't and im not gonna second guess myself.....

This is my way of seeing my Life [ and yes it's getting closer and closer to the End} As a little Girl I didn't had a choice to defend myself. Once I became a Adult I would never be up used by anybody,, I choose and still do to hang around good people,I stayed pretty much Drama free, LOVE GOD, my Doggies , my Friends and trying my hardest to treat people like I like to be treated.
