Most of my life I have been considered "poor", but only monetarily. I have been blessed to have Jesus as my Savior and to have family and friends. Some well meaning relatives wanted me to stay on food stamps and get disability.

While there is nothing wrong with these things when really needed, and I do have some health issues, if I can work, I want to. If I think you're treating me wrong, I will walk out, but I am very glad to be working.

At my place, I don't have electricity [but I do now have a good generator and a solar panel] or running water, but God blesses us with rain. Although, I didn't make much money [and by some standards still don't, but it's enough for me]. I also don't have a lot of debt [compared to most people].

My new job is tough, in some areas, and I've had trouble with other production companies before, mainly transportation issues, but this time, a neighbor loaned me her van while mine was in her brother's shop so that I could get to work and back, so I've been working for a full month now. Her husband was in a serious accident but will be ok.

It seems to me that no matter what situation I'm in, God uses it to bless people. When I was walking, really hitchhiking, I met many people, some actually visited the church I attend, and now that I am driving, I can give other people rides myself. In fact, I gave one person a ride, and ran him around a bit, and discovered he was another distant neighbor, who lives directly across the street from someone else I know.

I don't have all the answers, in fact I have very few answers and a lot of opinion, but I know the one who knows all things, The Lord Jesus Christ. He has blessed in ways I could of never dreamed of. And the fact that I'm working where I am may help me get work closer to home. Hopefully, I won't be there much longer than 3 years and then I can collect the Social Security that I have paid into most my life.

A year ago, I was walking or hitchhiking from about 5 or 6 miles outside of town just to get to the local library. Today, I am blessed to have transportation and a way to get to work and pe paid $10 an hour plus overtime, a year ago, I was clicking on advertisements for 4 hours a day for $1 a day.

While I do not yet know, will find out around Aug. 7, 2017, become permanent or not, what the company calls "blue badge" [not white like mine currently is], I am glad to be working, my former manager left the company last week and I miss him already because of how much he wanted us to succeed, and made good suggestions on how to improve and do our jobs.

I do not "have" or "got" to go to work, I get to go to work, so, now I get to go to work tonight, and may you all have a Marvelous Monday.

Well remember to give thanks, but remember that God has promised to be your financier and healer if you'll only believe. I believe the financial stuff, but still go to the doctor for my healing. Try to give a little to folks who are worse off than you, k?

Helping people is just the decent thing to do when you can. The blessings you bestow on others always return back in some way.
I rec'd one today in the form of a new vehicle. Of course I worked for it and been saving for awhile, but was still only halfway there- my fella went and borrowed the rest for me and came driving up with it this afternoon. And it was nice considering what I have been driving had become unsafe as a daily driver, and yesterday my best friend passed away. I am a total mess right now because although I have been expecting it would happen and preparing myself from the inevitable, it's a lot harder when the reality happens- but I feel like somehow she had her hand in this because she wanted always the best for me, I just regret that she is no longer here for me to go see her and drive her around in it like I have done so many times before. But then again, her spirit will always be with me through all the things she taught me and the pearls of wisdom she spoke to me during the times I was going through adversity. Now I have a way to go visit her family she left behind, and be a blessing to them as she has always been to me.

Hallelujah, brother, praise Brahma in the name of the virgin-born-resurrected-savior, Krishna.
