Also ("I thought you wanted to do this". > "The time is right and you're ready" > "you just need to do it!" > "You can't think about it. You just have to do it." > "You said you were gonna do it." > "Like I don't get why you aren't"), isn't exactly the same as telling someone to simply "Drop dead". Especially if the person she directed it at was known to be prone to suicide. Given the details though, its doubtful she'll really have to spend 20 years behind bars. She is, at least in my opinion, deserving of a somewhat limited amount of time behind bars, followed by an equal if not greater amount of consecutive probation. And by the way, this wasn't just about charges brought against the defendant. It was also about jits suggesting a judge be jailed for adjudicating a case based on the defendants own testimony as per the evidence.
