Private property was forbidden because once one has taken private ownership of property this one has become a private agent of self and in all circumstances from then on this individual will be absolutely loyal to a default priority of self.
All capitalists, (individual agents of private property) are liars by default. Even on an island alone such a one would lie to self.
This act of taking private ownership of property immediately makes every single participant guilty of a falsehood to any and all pledges to partnerships, oaths of loyalty, etc... In many cases this falsehood is high treason and or various other crimes and torts. A supreme court judge sits at a bench much to fragile and insecure from which to judge others from because unless the effort is entirely uncompensated he/she is in conflict of interests and we know the default is self interest above others.
That's right even your mother, actually especially your mother, (eve), as a property owner, will likely toss your life away before her own. Naturally this conflicting interest to her natural role of nurturing her womb is breeding and creating some conflicted offspring.
We have been given a fully equipped work station from which to live in harmonious prosperity and vitality with each other. Provided we allow the distribution of resources, (waters of life), to flow freely to each as is each's daily needs to achieve individual potential benefit to the whole.
The best garden has a diverse output. Some species may need less water but all have needs that should and could be met. It is not good that 90% or our water is diverted to just one percent of the garden while the remaining 99% of our garden anguishing with only ten percent of the available water.
A rising tide does indeed float all boats but to be a rising tide the water has to come from underneath the bottom. Giving more water to the top is just a further evaporation as not being able to use so much it is inevitably being uselessly idle.
