when my one renters son graduates high school, I plan on raising the rent some.

Also attempting to be able to charge a higher rent does keep undesireable tenants from
living in your property. I charge $40 for 1 adult for a background check, or $75 for two
adults.

They can't pay rent very long. They are usually on drugs themselves and either use up all their profit or go to jail.

I have in my lease that they can be evicted immediatly if drugs are found on the property.
They also forfeit any security deposit money.

Silly,
Do you go into the property looking for it? Don't you have to give notice of coming in. I actually think it's a good idea if they were to get busted by the cops. Stops drug dealings.

They were my age and we were all young. They sent their uncle to my parents house to ask if I was calling the police. I didnt but made them get rid of the pot.

I would have probably just played blind, but I can also understand making them get rid of it...
Actually I did. I was cutting grass when I saw it. They were looking out the window at me looking at the pot. If they hadnt sent their uncle I wouldn't have know they knew
