In Australia we have different sizes... the average here is a size Au 12-14 (US 10-12)
For example
Au Size 10 = US size 8
Au size 12 = US size 10 etc....
I wear a size Au10 and hence = to US8 and I am by no means thin nor anorexic. I had been a US size 6 for about 12+ years .. currently with a BMI of 23.8
I just think I am in proportion for my height. and I never weigh myself except when I have a medical (that is how I found out my BMI)
I wont say/discuss what I think of my size/body... it would be misconstrued and judged by many. It is something I VERY rarely discuss..
PS: (actually atm I am a size Au9 not quite fit a Au8). I don't really mind either way I just try to eat healthy. Less carbs more exercise. Since I am have always been a "carb" junkie I find it really hard.  I am also not into cardio and prefer "weights - strength" training.
I hope I didn't confuse too many
My sister is 6 inches taller than I and takes a size AU 16 (US 14) and she is by no means obese , she looks fabulous As Mr123 said... it is how anyone 'carries themselves..."
Most appropriate.
To me, if one is a beautiful 'person' they also 'look' beautiful in my eyes. no matter what size.
And as far as dating goes.. beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
(BTW Sparky I think you look great, I don't consider you fat let alone obese ... and I am totally envious of your big boobies LOL)

Nope absolutely not...I am doing a thing right now that lowers my cortisol and insulin levels that has absolutely nothing to do with diet or over the top exercise but more about lowering stress hormones...I have ptsd and those hormones made me put on weight around the middle...that and not eating enough....so I have made some changes and I am loving it bit I am doing it for me and my comfort level...I am not used to carrying any extra weight at all so its very uncomfortable to say the least....plus I am dealing with a lot of water retention which those changes are helping as well....

I am five feet seven and weigh 116. I wear a size 10 jeans and size large tops. I am not anorexic. I have never had a big appetite. I am also small boned. People are attracted to different body sizes. I have always liked tall men, but not skinny men. I like big guys.

I can assure you, males are hardwired to be "visual" creatures, and it does carry a "seed" of truth to the stereotype.
A "plus" size woman, with a stomach that sticks out and overhangs is not gonna find too many takers in the sexual realms, and even those of mem that try this(or have tried this such as myself) will find it very difficult to actually perform said sexual acts with them.
However, when I speak from experience on "plus" sized women, I can say if they are proportionally carrying it, it is still possible.

6'2 is the perfect size for a man...short men suck...any man shorter than 6'2 and I feel like im dating a munchkin....I will only date men who are 6'2 or taller...cause yep...size matters....
