That is a no brainer, it is WOMEN in general. No not all women do this, but MOST will as they do not want to be see as eager or easy. They want men to work for their companionship and attention. So, the more attractive a woman is, the more choices she has, so you will have to work harder if you want to date her. Even women that are less attractive have a choice, just maybe not who they hoped for.
