If she gives me an ultimatum then I'll just leave and it's  . With nagging you have to sit there and listen to it or just take off and dump her. It's her way of showing her ultimate power in the relationship, that and cutting you off sexually. If she made a habit out of nagging I think I'd leave too. I'm too old to deal with that kind of bullshit.

Nagging is a woman's way to childishly annoy a man or in some cases push his buttons JUST TO SEE how close she can come to getting punched in the face or beat up. Which is a Step Up once it goes there. So that's why my courtship takes at least a year so I can see the "Real Person" after the guards are down and the faking/pretending is OVER! 
Ultimatums can sometimes be legitimate depending on the bases....
A woman asking "Stop the drinking or drugging, seek counseling or ITS OVER" is a legit ultimatum. Or and man asking "Stop dressing like a slut and stop ALL unnecessary spending of our bill money or IT'S OVER" is also a legit one. But something petty like "You better come to MY family reunion with me or IT'S OVER" knowing their family hate your a** and constantly doing shit to make you miserable is petty and need to be over anyway.

This is a valid point. Women appear to nag more than men do, rather than deal with issues directly and in a civil manner.
I was thinking other harmful behaviors towards a relationship along these lines include things like making a much bigger issue out of a problem than what is necessary. I also don't like it when someone holds a grudge over a small issue (rather than a total BS issue).
If you nag me for sex, then we're talking.

Either behavior isn't confined to one sex both are equally adept at it. As for leaving the relationship, you might as well figure on not having any future ones.
Underneath nagging is some serious issue that needs to be resolved. Whether you are smart enough to figure it out depends upon just how insightful you are into your own and others behavior.
Ultimatums especially by men are a more serious issue. This is a major manifestation of verbal abuse its purpose to gain control in a relationship. This isn't easy to solve, and it may be best to leave permanently depending upon it severity.
What's interesting about this thread most of the opinions are from the posters point of view who is only concerned with his own feelings. Those people should just split and get a dog!
