binderdundat New Orleans, LA 55, joined Sep. 2008	Not sure what context you were called it but... I think it pertains more to lifestyle than intelligence. A simple lifestyle mostly means no complications. Peaceful. Nothing lacking (except for a partner obviously). I'm grateful for my "simple life".

moraldk325 State College, PA 52, joined Aug. 2008	I think a WOMAN is SIMPLY many things. Intelligent, strong, playful, sexual and sensual, and channels the aspect of Goddess, well. I think WOMAN gets complicated when she is indoctrinated into being whatever society deems appropriate. The stigmas and expectations placed upon her to act in a certain manner. To me a simple woman would be one who sheds those limitations and fear or guilt based standards and just is the powerful sexual being she was meant to be. All that other baggage is what makes even the most attractive woman ugly to me. I like to be able to have a deep and meaningful conversation with a woman. I like a woman who can adapt to any situation and be comfortable. But I do not need a woman with guilt, fear or any other baggage.

countrysweet677 Waverly, NY 56, joined Sep. 2008	a simple woman- enjoys the simple things in life and all life has to offer,takes the time to enjoy life,doesn't need a mall with in 10 minutes of home,but still looks good,doesn't need to eat out enjoys cooking at home and grilling on the weekends,vacations would be going up to the mountains or a cabin on the lake,not a week long cruise,has fun just hanging out with close friends whether its just throwing some shoes,or playing cards drinking some beer,appreciates what a dollar can buy her...and doesn't need to keep up with the Jones...

I have had lots of people say I have a simple girlishness to me. I like that but I am complex too. It is a compliment in most cases.

Low-maintenance, preferring to enjoy the "simple" things in life: sunsets, thunderstorms, walk/hike in the woods--activities that don't involve a lot of high tech gadgets to enjoy life.... But then again........it could also mean someone that rides the short bus!! It depends upon the context.
