Yes its difficult. Just ended a months long thing with a good looking guy who realy liked me, seriously did, but just in the end, couldnt get past the weight even though I have lost 40 lbs in the past 6 months.. and am still dieting but I had to tell him to get lost last week because it hurt me that he was so shallow. Sucky part is that we work together...lol
Congrats on the weightloss!
I'm losing as well, Watch girl as soon as we lose all the weight, these men will come running,but we weren't good enough for them a few pounds ago, hahaha
I had a guy on here tell me, I know most skinny women are crazy but it's what I like physically, so trust me some of those shallow guys know they're missing out on a good woman when they pass us by.

Yes, this last guy was really struggling with it. He seriously cares/cared for me but his stupid pride just wouldn't give in.
I can understand though because on the flip side, I am not attracted to heavy men and have never dated one. But if I met one that I really liked, and was also trying to get in shape (like I am trying to get in shape) it would make a difference in that I would give him the chance.
So I guess that's what I hope for... finding a guy who would give me a chance

I'm just going to throw this out there, and I hope I don't offend anyone.
I don't mind at all dating a bigger woman as long as they really care about their health and have aspirations to be a healthy weight. Now don't get me wrong, I don't like skinny girls, that's gross. I don't like heavy girls much either. I like that good medium range. I'm willing to work with someone that wants to get into better shape and be healthy.
Now, I'm not trying to label all of you bigger women with not caring about yourselves, but I do tend to feel that people who don't take care of themselves also don't have much respect for themselves, which turns me off.
There are exceptions when genetics are just too hard to deal with no matter how hard you work at losing weight and defying genetics. It's understandable for those women to be bigger.
But the one's that don't have a genetic problem and just don't care? Sorry, but I'll pass on those. There's just so many benefits to being healthy.
So back to my main point, I'm willing to take your a** to the gym and help you get in shape as long as you're willing to make the effort. Afterall, I am a gym rat myself and you would score extra bonus points with me if you went to the gym with me to workout WITH me (not doing your own thing).
I hope I'm not sounding shallow here? Because I'm really not.

I think you're sounding very honest. And its nice to know there are men out there that might really put forth an effort if he does like a bigger girl that maybe just got big for possibly a myriad of reasons and does want to lose the weight..
