I'm a BBW. But I'm not to bad looking. I have a great personality, I go to school, I have a car and I'm making it something of myself. But when guys see that I'm a BBW they go running for the hills.... Why is being a big girl such an issue? Especially when I am the whole package?

Yes I do but what the hell. YOUR NOT ONE OF THEM. BBW is cool I have no problem wearing my Shallow Hal glasses but sweetie you don't look big at all. Ok look if a women is confident in herself then appearances matter a whole lot less. I know lots of BBW and most of them do fine cause they own there weight. One of my best friends is plus size and has guys wrapped around her chicken greased fingers. Now I like bigger girls because most small girls I've been intimate with wind up with injuries ovef time. I'm not a little guy five ten,280lbs.  So do what you got to do. But we are out there. Lol. Happy hunting.

I hear you on that one. People have the wrong impression of big girls they automatically assume we are lazy,unmotivated, slobs, dont exercise ETC ETC Im 5foot 11inches and have had 5 kids and my whole family is big I exercise regularly and eat healthy. They dont bother to stop and look at other reasons just the negative that go along with being bigger

Girl, I don't think it has anything to do with weight. That might be their excuse...but I am beginning to think men have forgotten the art of pursuing and fear rejection so badly that they set the chain of events in motion so it comes to an end before it ever begins.
And then there are the women (not all because I don't) who are demanding, overbearing and emasculating to their men making them feel worthless. Men mistakenly think we all must be like that. Why not? It's played out to death in TV sitcoms where the wife bullies the husband who always acts like a snivling little boy.
THOSE types of women mixed with men that fear rejection so badly they wont even send a simple hello email (or don't know HOW to approach a woman) ....leave you and I wondering what the hells wrong with us. When in fact, nothing is.

The plain fact of the matter is that fat is a self-inflicted injury. You can choose hot men or you can choose twinkies. It is your choice and it is just as simple as that. I have read a lot of threads in a lot of forums and blogs where the fat women rationalize their weight in one way or another and give each other reasons to stay fat and tell each other it is ok to be fat. Nonsense! There is NOTHING good about being fat. It will slowly break down and destroy your body, give you diabetes in time and cause you to spend your later years crippled up and unable to have fun. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Go to your refrigerator and throw out the twinkies, the ice cream and the leftover pizza.
Let me tell you how I have lost almost seventy pounds in the last year and a half. I met a gorgeous woman, ten years younger than me. We hit it off and got into a relationship. I looked in the mirror and with horror, I asked myself, how could anybody possibly love that. It was all it took. The fat had to go and that was that. I took up a regimen that I am still holding onto and still losing weight with. My girlfriend is gone now, but I am still doing it for myself. During the five-day work week, I eat no fat, only fruit, vegetables and absolutely lean small portions of fish or other extremely low-fat meats. On the weekends I let myself eat whatever I want in whatever amount I want. This causes me to gain back a bit of what I lost over the week, but it strengthens the ability to stay on the diet because I always have something to look forward to rather than just continuous and constant starvation. Do this and you will lose your weight and you will be happy and feel great. Men will flock to you like flies to spilled yogurt. Oh, I forgot the other part of my regiment. Every day during the five-day work week, I do 100 situps, 100 pushups and 100 arm curls with a heavy 4 ft 4x4. All the exercises are done in increments of 25.
Trust me. You can do this. You can change your life and be a real babe rather than sitting around wondering why men don't like fat chicks. You are young and pretty. If you do not do something, you are suddenly going to realize that you are 60 yrs old, still fat and still unhappy. Come on. Just do it! Keep a chart and weigh yourself every day and let us know how you are doing.

Ok, I am going to carefully tiptoe into this one...
First of all, I am a plus size woman. I have had to opportunity to see both sides of the fence (thin and plus size). However, I must say that I am tall and of large build and that can never be changed. I have seen more men fall head over heals for me... not because of my size, but because of my personality. YOU (the inner you!)are who people see... if YOU are shy and insecure people will see that. If you are loud and obnoxious people will see that. I have seen women much larger than I have more dates and more men falling at her feet because SHE felt she was sexy! That is the roll she portrayed. If a man doesn't take the bait, then KNOW that there are millions of others that will. When I started just bein' ME, I found a whole other world that became my playground! Both men and women alike found me interesting and attractive! It wasn't until I was nearly 35 that I started believing it myself... But it is the part of me that exudes from my pores... not my FAT! lol
All I can say is walk with confidence, be inviting, hold your head up, look people in the eye, make people laugh, and do it all with a little bit of spunk and spice! The fat won't matter! And well if there is still a problem... Perhaps you should check the brand of our deodorant... lol just kidding!
If a gu is not interested in you because of your fat, then he isn't right for you period! YOU are worth more than that!

Just shooting my opinion out there.
I think some guys put girls on such high standards that they have to be that specific way. I've known a lot of guys who are like that, but then again, I know quite a few guys who do like bigger women. My theory on the "fat factor" is if you're healthy and comfortable with your body, it should be about your personality and the other factors. I'm right there with you being 5'8" and 210lb. If guys have a problem with you, that's a shame, you're gorgeous girl.
I think as long as a bigger girl is healthy and not sitting around with health problem after health problem, it's not a horrible thing.
If guys have a problem with you being you they need to shut up and move on.

I find you rather attractive. But, Honestly I can't find a girl. I'm kind of chubby as well. Most girls I find online, ( I am on like 2 different sites ) and most of them are either looking for a fwb kind of thing, or a fck buddy. I find it rather hard as well. I think I had 1 person "talk" to me for a day then mysteriously left....

There are plenty of men who can look beyond the packaging. Personally, I prefer a full-figured lady and have many friends who are in that category.
In my experience, full-figured women tend to be more accepting of others than those that consider themselves on par with Athena or Aphrodite. In the end, it is all about personality and chemistry, not based in limitations of the flesh.
