So. I've been on this site for a few years now, have posted many, many times. I wasn't having a lot of luck finding anyone, though I made some very cool friends. I met a guy named Nick, who told me about another dating site, so I said what the hell, and set up a profile. I found a man on there who looked very familiar, and after reading his profile, realized I've known him since childhood. We went to school together from K-12, and had a close connection when we were younger. We started dating, and it was rough. I moved 2.5 hours away for 6 months, and when I came back we just couldn't seem to pull it together. After a little over a year, he walked out of my life. He's been gone for 3 months, feels like longer, and he just came back. He was living with someone else, and it didn't work out. They're over, and he and I have been talking and spending some time together. You don't realize what you have til it's gone. And I didn't. I missed him more than words can describe, and I am willing to fight to the death for this. He is an amazing man, a wonderful father to my little girl (though biologically she's not his)and I believe we belong together. I may not have met him on this site, but we wouldn't have found each other if it hadn't been for someone on here. I am happy, and looking forward to my future with him!!
