Over the past 5 years or so I've tried it both ways dating and renting after doing the accounting its far cheaper to rent a woman twice a month then it is to date a woman. This way both people know exactly why they are there and what they are there for.

I tried the lease with option thing several years ago I didn't like it ended up costing me a ton of money and in the end I had to get a court ordered eviction just to get her to leave.

OP is absolutely correct, and not just for the personal reasons cited.
Others of his personal reasons include:
1. Rented women don't care where they meet you - which means you don't have to leave the basement, other than opening the locked door (from the outside) to it;
2. Rented women are paid to spend time with you, so it does not matter how hideous you are; and
3. Rented women aren't usually specifically named in the restraining orders of who you're not allowed to go near, since the service sends a different one each time.
Yes, there are some 'men' who SHOULD heed advice from a realwoman; heathclit is one of them.
