I am a shy, intelligent, Christian-LCMS lady. I don't push my religion on you, but will share my faith with anyone who asks.
I enjoy a quiet evening at home more than a large party, I like to read anything I can get my hands on, I love to write lyrics, poetry, and stories. I don't much care for shopping at department stores, grocery stores, or malls, but I like to go garage saling, antiquing, or to the flea market. I also enjoy watching or participating in sporting events, even though I don't often get to. I particularly enjoy spending time with my family and pets.
I am looking for someone who enjoys similar activities, who enjoys life, cares how his actions affect others, is Christian, and is respectful. Often people say that looks are not important, I agree, however, hygiene is. Someone who does not take care of themselves, proves that he has no respect for himself. If he cannot respect himself, how can he respect anyone else, or how can I respect him.
Trust is earned, not given. I do not trust until you prove to be trustworthy, therefore, do not expect me to immediately accept phone dating, or meeting. I take things slowly, more so than many, because I am more cautious and shy. It is easier to talk online than on the phone or in person, until I feel I know you. So, if you email me, or instant message me, do not expect me to quickly acquiesce to call you or give you my number.
I do have two children who live with me, and don't mind a man who has kids also. In fact, I welcome the challenge of blended families.
