Although I think of myself as a typical woman, my friends tell me that I’m anything but…an interesting combination of seriousness and fun. I am looking for someone who is intelligent but can still enjoy life.I keep pretty busy, though sometimes I'm not sure doing what! In addition to spending time with friends, I have a few groups that I'm involved with and work keeps me pretty busy, too.I’m never quite sure how to describe myself on things like these…it feels a lot like a job interview! I read constantly...my love of books and reading stretches back to childhood. My all time favorite movie is Steel Magnolias, but I also love sports movies and indie films. Sometimes I can be a girlie-girl, but I still like watching sports, especially football, basketball and soccer! My taste in music varies greatly; I like singer-song writer music, folk music, rock, country and local red dirt bands.I’m pretty liberal politically, but I don’t necessarily believe that the “perfect person” for me is an exact replica of my own personal religious or political values, but tolerance is a must and an important lesson for us all.
I have a lot to offer the right man, once he comes along. I`m open minded, honest, sincere, caring, understanding, and patient. And that`s what I`m looking for in a man. I can be equally comfortable in jeans while I enjoy things like the ballet, opera, and classical concerts, I can kick back to some smooth jazz, light rock and even C&W. And, I have many other interests.I'm not here to waste my time or here for drama but I'm here for something real that will last for a very long time.It's so unlike a woman to be lonely but sometime you loose those people that you love so much where you'll have nothing to do than to take what comes your way through destiny.I want a man to love and care for me
