First of all, thanks for taking a moment to stop by and visit.
At this point, these words must represent me, as I cannot speak directly to you, at least not right now.
I am a gentle soul, who has always wanted someone to share, so many of the
things that God has put in our paths.
Some small, some large, but all of them having some significance in the
evolution of who we are.
My favorite quote from my grandfather,...
"When you come to the fork in the road,..take it."
I won't say that I am a simple man, because that wouldn't be very accurate.
But, I enjoy the simple things in life, and not every minute, of every day
needs to be fireworks at a fast pace.
The subtle hues of a sunrise, or a sunset.
The sounds of crickets, the wind, through the trees.
Football in the fall, walking through the fallen leaves, music to soothe
the soul, or to dance and move to.
Fine wine, good food, maybe a stolen piece of cake for desert?
Concerts, Movies, live music, holding hands, wandering through flea
markets, or yard sales, walking the beach somewhere, hiking in the
mountains, and on and on.
I think that a lot of the profiles you have read, have several points in
common with mine, and I am sure they are good folks. But in my years, I
have encountered only a handful of men like me.
Conceited? No, just being honest and up-front, because you know what you
are looking for, and I know precisely what I am looking for.
The trick to it, is to find what you are looking for.
