Reach for the moment before it slips by. How often do we go through profile after profile passing by so many that in real life we would not?
I hope to find that certain man who will become my best friend and more.
I love the sounds and smell of a forest up high in the woods. Flowers
and birds, music, newborn infants, watching a butterfly on a summer day, planting a tiny seed and watching it grow into a beautiful flower.
Every time I do this I still behold the beauty, and the miracle. The smells of the ocean, and the sound of the surf, the smell of new mowed grass these are the things that matter. A brook high up in the woods leading to waterfall few have found. These things are priceless and are God's gifts to us. For me they provide a natural tranquilizer.
I am finding so many on these dating sites move in the fast lane. For me dating is a time to get to know each other.
So little is left to the imagination, I think much of the romance of dating has been taken out. If fast lane is where you travel I am not in that lane, so just pass me by. I thank you for stopping in.
I have a deep belief in God and attend my church regularly. I don't push my ways on to others but more try hard to live my life as He wants me to. That way its not so much what I say I am and I believe but what I do. Hard to explain on paper, so just ask me if any of me interests you.
It was so much easier to met before dating sites and age made my common sense take over. Back in the day when I was in my late teens and early 20s I mean remember when you would go to a dance and met someone and get to know them. Or just met someone and start talking and like them and go somewhere. Oh for those days again. Now life has got so crazy you never know who is behind the screen of these computers writing and posting profiles that may or may not be who and what is behind the computer screen.
But back to the profile post.......
If you don't know how to upload a photo of yourself there is help on this site. Go to the forums, scroll down to the bottom of the site and click on groups. There is help in electronic and computer nerds just ask. Also it should be explain in the help section of this site. I don't answer back to guys who write me with no picture posted.
Is this a waste of time? This is a little about me, but there is of course much more to who I am......... I am wondering if there are any men out there anymore who still believe in God.
