We are all beautiful in our own way. I find the best beauty is in the actions of a person. Are they kind, respectful, and gentle with people's hearts? Are they quick to understand, be tolerant, and forgive? Do they open up their thougts, hearts, and emotions to share their beliefs, feelings, and who they are; and yet still want to listen, empathize, and be open to really learning about what other people are like, too? To me, those are truely beautiful people both inside and out.

In some ways.........YES. When we humble ourselves, have less, give more, take responsibility and admit our wrong doings...we certainly rise to new heights!
If I am not so beautiful , how come I feel it.
Because you have wonderful self esteem and recognize where the true value in self lies.

I heard that a smile is contagious and that in 99 percent of the cases if you smile at someone, they can't help smiling back!

It's true Zip.
I come in contact with hundreds of people everyday.
It makes me feel good to turn a frown upside down.
That I have to believe is my true work and what my day is about.

Good questions to reflect on....
agree with unzip - I can be MORE by being less...
.....less "noisy" with my opinions with others who are proven to be non-tolerant of other's opinions
.....less inserting myself in situations that it is a given any interaction between us will go south
.....less time in cyber and more time interacting with others face to face
Unfortunately some see it as narcissistic when you actually like yourself for who you are. By liking yourself, continually growing, stretching and challenging oneself - I believe you are more open to other's perspectives and opinions - well, that's just my humble opinion.
Sorry this is not a tweet - i get wordy at times which is why I'm not on twitter
